ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନରେ ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାରର ସହବିଜେତା ମୌଙ୍ଗି ବାୱେଣ୍ଡି। ‘କ୍ବାଣ୍ଟମ ଡଟ୍‌ସ’ର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ମାସାଚ୍ୟୁସେଟ୍‌ସ ଇନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍‌ ଅଫ୍‌ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି (ଏମ୍‌ଆଇଟି)ର ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ବିଭାଗ ପ୍ରାଧ୍ୟାପକ ମୌଙ୍ଗିଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନ ମିଳିଛି।

ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର କମିଟି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ନର୍ଗିସ ମହମ୍ମଦୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ସ୍ତରରେ ବହୁ ଭାବରେ ସଂଗ୍ରାମ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ୟ ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଇ ସେ ୧୩ଥର ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି, ପାଞ୍ଚ ଥର ଦୋଷୀ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୋଟ ୩୧ ବର୍ଷ କାରାଦଣ୍ଡରେ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ, ଛତିଶଗଡ଼, ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନା, ମିଜୋରାମ ଏବଂ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସୂଚୀ ଆସନ୍ତା ୮ରୁ ୧୦ ତାରିଖ ଭିତରେ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇପାରେ। ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିସନ ସୂତ୍ରକୁ ଆଧାର କରି ଏକ ଟିଭି ଚ୍ୟାନେଲରେ ଏହା କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

ନକ୍ସଲ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡିକର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଛି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଠକ। ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ ଓଡିଶାର ମାଓଦମନ ନିତିକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହା।

ଜାତୀୟସ୍ତରୀୟ ପଦବୀରେ ଆଉ ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ । ‘ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ୍ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଡ୍ରାମା’ର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ହେଲେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପୁଅ ଚିତ୍ତରଞ୍ଜନ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ । ଅଭିନେତା, ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଚିତ୍ତରଞ୍ଜନ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ୍ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଡ୍ରାମା (ଏନଏସଡି)ର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ପଦବୀ ପାଇବାରେ ଚିତ୍ତରଞ୍ଜନ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଥମ ଓଡ଼ିଆ।

ଚୀନର ପୂର୍ବପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଥିବା ହାଙ୍ଗଝୋଉ ସହରରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଏସୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ୨୦୨୩ରେ ପୁଣି ଏକ ସୁନା ଜିତିଛି ଭାରତ। ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ଫାଇନାଲରେ ଭାରତ ଜାପାନ ୫-୧ ଗୋଲରେ ହରାଇ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ହାସଲ କରିଛି।

ଆବଣ୍ଟନ ବାତିଲ ହେବା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆପ୍‌ ସାଂସଦ ରାଘବ ଚଡ୍ଡା ତାଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସରକାରୀ ବାସଭବନରେ ରହିବାର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଧିକାର ଅଛି ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ଏକ ଅଦାଲତ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ୍‌ ଶୁଣାଣି ଜାରି ରଖିବାକୁ ଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌ କୋର୍ଟ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବିଚାରପତି ବୈଷୟିକ ଜ୍ଞାନକୌଶଳରେ ଦକ୍ଷ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଯୋଜନା-ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିରେ ହସ୍ତକ୍ଷେପ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ କହିବା ସହିତ ଜାତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ଜନଗଣନା ଉପରେ ସବିଶେଷ ତଥ୍ୟାବଳି ପ୍ରକାଶନରୁ ବିହାର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିବୃତ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଆଜି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍ କୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

କ୍ରମାଗତ ୪ର୍ଥ ଥର ପାଇଁ ‘ରେପୋ’ ରେଟ୍‌ ୬.୫%ରେ ଅପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ରଖିଥିବା କଥା ଆଜି ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ୍‌ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି।

ନିଜ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତାର ୮୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ଅଧିକ ତେଲ ଆମଦାନି କରୁଥିବା ଭାରତ ଭଳି ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର। ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ବଜାରରେ ଅଶୋଧିତ ତୈଳ ଦାମ୍‌ରେ ହେଉଥିବା ବୃଦ୍ଧିରେ ବ୍ରେକ୍ ଲାଗିଛି। ତେଲ ଦାମ୍ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ଏବେ ବ୍ୟାରେଲ ପିଛା ୮୫ ଡଲାର ତଳକୁ ଖସିଆସିଛି।

ଚଳିତ ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଗୃହରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବ୍ୟୟମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ବିଧେୟକ ଆଗତ ହେବ। ୨୮ହଜାର ୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବ୍ୟୟ ବିଧେୟକ ଉପରେ ଗୃହରେ ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବାକୁ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଆଜି ହିଁ ବିଧେୟକଟି ଗୃହୀତ ହେବ।

ଜାତିଗତ ସର୍ଭେ ପରେ ତଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବାରେ ବିହାର ହେଉଛି ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜ୍ୟ। ଏହି ସର୍ଭେର ଫଳାଫଳରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ଯେ, ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲୋକ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଅତିଶୟ ପଛୁଆ, ୨୭.୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ପଛୁଆ, ୧୯.୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି ଏବଂ ୧.୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ବର୍ଗର। ବାକି ୧୫.୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସାଧାରଣ ବର୍ଗର। ରାଜ୍ୟର ମୋଟ ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ହେଉଛି ୧୩.୧ କୋଟି।

କାଟାଲିନ କାରିକୋ ଓ ଡ୍ରିଉ ୱିସମ୍ୟାନଙ୍କୁ ୨୦୨୩ ପାଇଁ ଭେଷଜରେ ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଗବେଷଣା କୋଭିଡ୍-୧୯ରୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ଏମ୍‌ଆର୍‌ଏନ୍‌ଏ (mRNA) ପ୍ରତିଷେଧକ ଟିକା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତିରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିବାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ପୁରସ୍କାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ମନୋନୀତ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଦିନ ଆସିବ ଦେଶରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପମ୍ପ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ, ସେସବୁ ବଦଳରେ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ ଯାନ ଚାର୍ଜିଂ ଷ୍ଟେସନ, ଇଥାନଲ ପମ୍ପ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ରହିବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଡ଼କ ପରିବହନ ଓ ରାଜପଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତିନ ଗଡ଼କରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

ଦେଶର ତିନିଟି ବନ୍ଦରକୁ ଗ୍ରିନ୍ ହାଇଡ୍ରୋଜେନ୍ ରପ୍ତାନି ହବ୍‌ ଭାବେ ବିକାଶ କରିବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଯୋଜନା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହି ତାଲିକାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପାରାଦୀପ, ଗୁଜରାଟର କାଣ୍ଡ୍‌ଲା ଓ ତାମିଲନାଡ଼ୁର ଟୁଟିକୋରିନ ବନ୍ଦରର ନାମ ରହିଛି। ଏହି ତିନି ବନ୍ଦରକୁ ଗ୍ରିନ୍ ହାଇଡ୍ରୋଜେନ୍, ଗ୍ରିନ୍ ଆମୋନିଆ ଓ ଗ୍ରିନ୍ ମିଥାନଲ୍‌ ପାଇଁ ରପ୍ତାନି ହବ୍ ଭାବେ ବିକାଶ କରାଯିବ।

ଜନ୍ମରୁ ହୃଦ୍‌ରୋଗରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣେ ୬ ମାସର ପିଲା ଶନିବାର ଦିନ ରାଞ୍ଚି-ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ବିମାନରେ ଯିବା ବ‌େଳେ ଅଣନିଶ୍ବାସୀ ହୋଇଯିବାରୁ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରେ ଥିବା ୨ଜଣ ଡାକ୍ତର ତା’ର ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି।
