1. 1.ସଂସଦର ଶୀତକାଳୀନ ଅଧିବେଶନ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧ ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୯ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ମୋଟ ୧୫ ଟି ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ।

2. 2.ଏସିଆ ପାୱାର ଇଣ୍ଡେକ୍ସ ୨୦୨୫ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଭାରତ ବିଶ୍ୱର ତୃତୀୟ ବୃହତ୍ତମ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଶକ୍ତି ପାଲଟିଛି। ଏହା ସହିତ ବିଦେଶୀ ନିବେଶ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଭାରତ ଚୀନକୁ ପଛରେ ପକାଇ ଦେଇଛି।

4. 4.ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା-ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ରେଳପଥ ଜୋରସୋରରେ ଆଗେଇ ଚାଲିଛି। ଗଭୀର ଖାଇ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ୮୦ ଫୁଟ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପୋଲ ଉପରେ ଗଡ଼ିବ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌। ଏହି ରେଳପଥରେ ‌ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ ଗଡ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୪ଟି ସୁଡ଼ଙ୍ଗ (ଟନେଲ୍‌) ସହ କରଞ୍ଜକଟା ଓ ତିଲକୂପ ଗ୍ରାମ ନିକଟରେ ଦୁଇଟି ବଡ଼ ଭାୟାଡକ୍ଟ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଉଛି।

5. 5.ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏବେ ୭୪୨୨୪ଟି ଅଙ୍ଗନବାଡ଼ି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରହିଛି। ତାହା ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୨୦୧୫୦ଟି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ନିଜସ୍ବ ଗୃହ ନାହିଁ। ୭୩୮୯ଟି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଘର ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ଅଛି।

6. 6.ଓଡିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ୪୧୪୫ ମନ୍ଦିରର ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅନୁଦାନ ରାଶି ବଢ଼ାଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହା ୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଥିବାବେଳେ ଏବେ ତାହାକୁ ସାଢ଼େ ୭ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଦେବୋତ୍ତର ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ ଏବେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୧୮ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ମନ୍ଦିର ରହିଥିବା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

7. 7.ଓଡିଶାରେ ଖୋଲିବ ଆଉ ୧୫ ପୋକ୍ସୋ ଅଦାଲତ। ଏନେଇ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ବାଲେଶ୍ବର, ଭଦ୍ରକ, କଟକ, ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର, ଯାଜପୁର, କେନ୍ଦୁଝରରେ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରାଯାଇଛି। 

8. 8.ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଗଡ଼ଚିରୋଲି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆଉ ୧୫ ମାଓବାଦୀ ପୁଣି ଆତ୍ମସମର୍ପଣ କଲେ । ଏମାନେ  ଆଇଏମ୍‌ଏମ୍‌ସି ପ୍ରବକ୍ତା ଅନନ୍ତ ଓରଫ ବିକାଶ ନାଗପୁର ସମେତ ୧୫ ହାର୍ଡକୋର୍ ମାଓବାଦୀ।

9. 9.ଓଡିଶାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୮ଲକ୍ଷ ୧୬ ହଜାର ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ରାସନ କାର୍ଡ କଟିଛି। ୯୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଇ-କେୱାଇସି ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି।

10. 10.ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ନିରାପତ୍ତାକୁ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବଜେଟରେ ନୂଆ ଯୋଜନା ‘ଶକ୍ତିଶ୍ରୀ’ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ୧୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

11. 11.ତାଳଚେରରେ ବିଜେପିର ଅପରେସନ ଲୋଟସ। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ବିଜେପି ରାଜ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ମିଶ୍ରଣ ପର୍ବରେ ପଦ୍ମ ଧରିଛନ୍ତି ତାଳଚେର ପୌର ପରିଷଦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ପବିତ୍ର ଭୂତିଆ। ପୌର ପରିଷଦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ସମେତ ୧୩ କାଉନସିଲର ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଜେପିରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। 

12. 12.ଆଧାର ଅପ୍‌ଡେଟ୍‌ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବେ  ଘରେ ବସି ଆଧାର ଅପ୍‌ଡେଟ୍‌ କରିପାରିବେ । (UIDAI) ନୂଆ ଆଧାର ଆପ୍‌ରେ ଏହି କାମ କରିପାରିବେ । ଏହି ଆପ୍ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୯ ତାରିଖରେ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ରଏଡ୍ ଏବଂ ଆଇଓଏସ୍‌ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମରେ ଲଞ୍ଚ କରାଯାଇଛି।

16. 16.ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଓ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ନୂଆ ବିଚାରପତି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଓ ବଦଳି ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଚଳିତ କଲେଜିୟମ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ଉପରେ ପୁନଃବିଚାର କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି (ସିଜେଆଇ) ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକାନ୍ତ କହିଛନ୍ତି। କଲେଜିୟମ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରି ତା’ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଜୁଡିସିଆଲ ଆପଣ୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ କମିସନ (ଏନଜେଏସି)କୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରାଯିବ।

3. ୩. ବିଧାୟକ ଓ ସାଂସଦ ନିଜ ନିର୍ବାଚନମଣ୍ଡଳୀର ୧୫ଜଣ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ବଦଳି ପାଇଁ ସୁପାରିସ କରିବା ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗକୁ ଅଦାଲତୀ ଝଟକା ଲାଗିଛି। ଏ ନେଇ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମେ’୧୩ରେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଓ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକଙ୍କୁ ଲେଖାଯାଇଥିବା ଚିଠିକୁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ରଦ୍ଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

4. ୪. ଗତ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ସଡ଼କ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ୨୭,୧୬୭ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି, ଯାହା ବାର୍ଷିକ ହାରାହାରି ୫,୪୩୩ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେଉଛି।

5. ୫. ବ୍ରାଜିଲ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ବିଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରଥମ ସିଙ୍ଗଲ୍-ଡୋଜ୍ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ଟିକାକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ଏକ 'ଐତିହାସିକ' ସଫଳତା ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି କାରଣ ତାପମାତ୍ରା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଯୋଗୁଁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ତରରେ ମଶା ବାହିତ ରୋଗର ମାମଲା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଛି।

6. ୬. ସରକାରୀ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପ୍ରକୋଷ୍ଠ (CMGC) ସହିତ ଜନ ଅଭିଯୋଗର ସମାଧାନ କରିବାରେ ବିଫଳ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ କଟକର ଏସ ପି (ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ) ସମେତ ୯୧ ଜଣ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଦରମା ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖାଯାଇଛି।

7. ୭. ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ଗୁରୁବାର ତାଙ୍କ ଦୁଇ ଦିନିଆ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗସ୍ତ ସମୟରେ ରାଜଭବନ ପରିସରରେ 'କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଅତିଥି ନିବାସ' ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

8. ୮॰ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମାଟିର ନଦୀ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ପାଣି ଟାଣି ୧୨୨ଟି ଶିଳ୍ପ ନିଜ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ବିଧାୟକ ପବିତ୍ର ସାଉଁନ୍ତାଙ୍କ ଏକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଉତ୍ତରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଶ୍ରୀ ମାଝୀ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ସଂସ୍ଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକଠାରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବର୍ଷକୁ ୮୬୦.୯୭୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜଳକର ପାଉଛନ୍ତି।

9. ୯. ଟ୍ରାଫିକ୍ ନିୟମ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ପରିବହନ (C&T) ବିଭାଗ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସାରା ୨୪୧ ଟି ଯାନର ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର (RC) ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିଛି। ସଡ଼କ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଚାଲିଥିବା 'ଜିରୋ କାଜୁଆଲ୍ଟି' ଅଭିଯାନର ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଭାବରେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି।

10. ୧୦. ଗୁରୁବାର ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ୪୪ତମ ଭାରତ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ମେଳା (IITF) ୨୦୨୫ରେ ଉତ୍କୃଷ୍ଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନା ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ 'ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପୁରସ୍କାର' ମିଳିଛି। ଗତ ତିନି ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବା ପରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଭିଲିଅନ୍ ମଧ୍ୟ 'ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପାଭିଲିଅନ୍' ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇଛି, ଯାହା ରାଜ୍ୟର ଲଗାତାର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ବିଜୟ।

11. ୧୧. ଆସାମ ବିଧାନସଭା ଗୁରୁବାର ବହୁବିବାହକୁ ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବିଲ୍ ପାସ୍ କରିଛି, ଯାହା ଏକ ଅପରାଧ । ଏଠି ପାଇଁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ଜେଲଦଣ୍ଡ ହୋଇପାରେ।

12. ୧୨. ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ଭାରତର ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ପିଲାମାନେ କମ୍ ଓଜନର ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା କମ୍ ଜିଲ୍ଲାମାନଙ୍କ ତୁଳନାରେ ୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଧିକ ହୋଇପାରେ, ଯାହା ସୂଚିତ କରେ ଯେ ଜଳବାୟୁ ଦୁର୍ବଳତା କିପରି ଜନସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଫଳାଫଳକୁ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରିପାରିବ, ଏକ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନରୁ ଜଣାପଡିଛି।

13. ୧୩. ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ଗୁରୁବାର ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ସ୍କାଏରୁଟ୍‌ର ଇନଫିନିଟି କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସ୍‌କୁ ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ୍ ଭାବରେ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।  କମ୍ପାନୀର ପ୍ରଥମ କକ୍ଷପଥ ରକେଟ୍ ବିକ୍ରମ-୧ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା କକ୍ଷପଥକୁ ଉପଗ୍ରହ ଉତ୍ କ୍ଷେପଣ କରିବାର କ୍ଷମତା ରଖିଛି।

14. ୧୪.. ଗୁରୁବାର ଦିନ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ୧୮ଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହରରେ କାରବାର ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ଅଖିଳ ଭାରତୀୟ ଗୃହ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କ (HPI) ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ତ୍ରୈମାସିକରେ ୨.୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଧୀର ଗତିରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି, ଯାହା ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ସମାନ ସମୟରେ ୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଥିଲା।

15. ୧୫ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଝଡ଼ ଭାରତରେ ଚିନ୍ତାର କାରଣ ହୋଇଛି। ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞଙ୍କ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିଝଡ଼ ‘ଡିଟୱା’ର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତର ଅନେକ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା କରିବ। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଭାରତର ଉପକୂଳବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପାଗ ଖରାପ ହେବାର ସଙ୍କେତ ତୀବ୍ର ହୋଇଛି।

18. ୧୮॰ଜାତିସଂଘ ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ସଂସ୍ଥା ସାଇଟ୍‌ସ ସେକ୍ରେଟାରିଏଟ୍‌ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବନତାରାକୁ ଏକ ଆଇନଗତ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ଉତ୍କର୍ଷର ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ହବ୍ ଭାବେ ଅଭିହିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ସଂସ୍ଥା ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ‌ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବରରେ ବନତାରାକୁ ଦୁଇଦିନିଆ ମିସନରେ ଆସିଥିଲା। ସେମାନେ ବନତାରାର ଖୁଆଡ଼, ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା, ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ, ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶୈଳୀ ଓ କଲ୍ୟାଣମୂଳକ ପ୍ରୋଟୋକଲ୍‌ର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିଥିଲେ।
