2100	20-09-2022	Odia	ବାଇଡେନ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଯଦି ସ୍ୱୟଂଶାସିତ ତାଇୱାନ ଉପରେ ଚୀନ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରେ ତେବେ ଆମେରିକା ସେନା ତାର ରକ୍ଷା କରିବ । ସୁଖ୍ୟାତ ଗାଳ୍ପିକ ଡକ୍ଟର ଗୌରହରି ଦାସ ଶାରଳା ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବେ। ତାଙ୍କର ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ସାହିତ୍ୟ କୃତି ପାଇଁ ବିଚାରକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଥିବା ତାଙ୍କ ଗଳ୍ପ ପୁସ୍ତକ ‘ବାଘ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଗଳ୍ପ’ ପାଇଁ ସେ ଏହି ପୁରସ୍କାରରେ ସମ୍ମାନୀତ କରାଯିବ। ଭାରତୀୟ ଟେଲିଭିଜନର ସବୁଠୁ ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ସୋ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନ୍ୟତମ ‘କୌନ ବନେଗା କରୋଡପତି’ ସିଜିନ-୧୪ର କୋରୋଡପତି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି କୋହ୍ଲାପୁରର କବିତା ଚାୱଲା। ୪୫ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କା କବିତାଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷାଗତ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ଜମାରୁ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ପାସ୍। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସାମନ୍ତ ବିହାର ଠାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ସଂଗଠନର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଭିତ୍ତି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମହାରାଣୀ ଏଲିଜାବେଥ ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟଙ୍କ ସୋମବାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ସହ ଅନ୍ତିମ ସଂସ୍କାର କରାଯିବ। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ତିମ ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଛି। ତାଙ୍କର ମରଶରୀର ଓ୍ଵେଷ୍ଟମିନଷ୍ଟର ଆବେ ବାହାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ସାରିଛି। ଯେଉଁସବୁ ମାମଲାରେ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଶାସ୍ତି ଭାବେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଆଯିବା କଥା ତାହାକୁ କିପରି କମାଯାଇପାରିବ ବା କେଉଁ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ କମାଯାଇପାରିବ ସେ ନେଇ ଏକ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶିକା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ସୋ-ମଟୋ ଆବେଦନର ବିଚାର ଲାଗି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଏକ ପାଞ୍ଚଜଣିଆ ସାମ୍ବିଧାନିକ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠକୁ ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜାପାନରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ତୋଫାନ ନାନମାଡ଼ୋଲ ରବିବାର ସକାଳେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଛୁଇଁଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହି ବାତ୍ୟାରେ ୨ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ପାଖାପାଖି ୯୦ ଜଣ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ୯୦ ‌ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଘରୁ ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଯୁବ ବ୍ୟାପାର ଓ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଖେଳ ପୁରସ୍କାର ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୨୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଆବେଦନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାରିଖ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଫେସର ଶ୍ରୀପଦ କରମଲକରଙ୍କୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଆଇଆଇଟି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ତାଙ୍କ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଜି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରୁ ତିନି ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ଅପରାଧ ପୁଲିସ ସଂଗଠନ (ଇଣ୍ଟରପୋଲ)ର ୯୦ ତମ ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ। ଏହି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀର ଲୋଗୋ ହେବ ବିଶ୍ବ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ କୋଣାର୍କ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମନ୍ଦିର ଚକ। ୮୦୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୂର ଆଫ୍ରିକା ମହାଦେଶର ନାମିବ୍ୟାରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ୮ଟି ଚିତାକୁ ଶନିବାର ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶର କୁନୋ ଜାତୀୟ ଉଦ୍ୟାନର ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଏନକ୍ଲୋଜରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଛାଡ଼ିଥିଲେ। ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦୁର୍ନୀତିରେ ଅର୍ଥ ହେରଫେର ମାମଲାରେ ଏନ୍‌ଫୋର୍ସମେଣ୍ଟ ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟୋରେଟ (ଇଡି) ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ପୂର୍ବତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପାର୍ଥ ଚାଟାର୍ଜୀ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ଘନିଷ୍ଠ ସହଯୋଗୀ ଅର୍ପିତା ମୁଖାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ୪୮.୨୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଜବତ କରିଛି। ମହାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କର ଆଦ୍ୟ ସେବକ ଗଜପତିଙ୍କର ନିଜ ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ରାଜ୍ୟର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ନାହିଁ। ବରଂ ଜଗତର ନାଥଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ତରଙ୍ଗ ସେବାକାରୀ ହିସାବରେ ସାରା ଦୁନିଆର ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ରାଜତ୍ବ ତାଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନରେ ରହିଥିବା ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ବୁଦ୍ଧିଜିବୀ ଡଃ କରଣ ସିଂହ ମତପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମଦ ନୀତି ମାମଲା ବିଷୟରେ ପଚରାଉଚରା ପାଇଁ ସମନ୍‌ ପାଇଥିବା ‘ଆପ୍‌’ ବିଧାୟକ ଦୁର୍ଗେଶ ପାଠକ ଆଜି ‘ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦେଶାଳୟ’ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। କେରଳର ଜଣେ ଅଟୋ ଡ୍ରାଇଭରଙ୍କ ଭାଗ୍ୟ ଖୋଲିଦେଇଛି ଓନମ ଲଟେରି। ଆର୍ଥିକ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ମାଲେସିଆକୁ ରୋଷେୟା ହୋଇ ଯିବାକୁ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରୁ ଋଣ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଗତକାଲି ତାଙ୍କର ୩ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଋଣ ମଞ୍ଜୁର ହୋଇଥିଲା। ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂହ ୧୯ରୁ ଦୁଇଦିନିଆ ଇଜିପ୍ଟ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଯିବେ । ଏହି ଗସ୍ତ ସମୟରେ ରାଜନାଥ ଇଜିପ୍ଟ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜେନେରାଲ ମହମ୍ମଦ ଜାକିଙ୍କୁ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରି ଦୁଇ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ସମ୍ପର୍କ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଦିଗରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବେ । ରାଜନାଥ ଇଜିପ୍ଟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଆବଡେଲ୍‌ ଫତାହ ଇଲ୍‌-ସିସିଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିବାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ରହିଛି । ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ୍ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ବାନୀ ପରିବାର ସହିତ କେରଳର ଗୁରୁଭାୟୁର ମନ୍ଦିର ଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ସହିତ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ୧.୫୧ କୋଟିର ଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗୁରୁଭାୟୁର ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ପରେ ଅଚାନକ ଭାବେ ମୁକେଶ ମନ୍ଦିର ବୋର୍ଡକୁ ଏକ ପ୍ୟାକେଟରେ ଚେକ୍‌ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ଏହାକୁ ଖୋଲିବା ପରେ ଏଥିରେ ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ପରିମାଣର ଅର୍ଥ ଦାନ ସ୍ବରୂପ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି ବୋର୍ଡ ଅଧକ୍ଷ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ପାଇଥିଲେ। ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା। ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୨୪୦୮ରେ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଏଥିସହ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୯୦୦ ପାର କରିଛି। ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ ତଥା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଉପକଣ୍ଠରୁ ୫ଶହରୁ ଅଧିକ ଡେଙ୍ଗୁ ରୋଗୀ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଭାରତ ବ୍ରିଟେନକୁ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ଅନ୍ୟତମ ବୃହତ୍ ଅର୍ଥନୀତରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛିି ଦେଶର ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କ୍ରମଶଃ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ ହେଉଛି ଓ ୫ ଟ୍ରିଲିଅନ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିର ନିକଟତର ହେବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଭାରତ ହେବ ବିଶ୍ବର ତୃତୀୟ ବୃହତ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର। ୨୦୧୪ରେ ଭାରତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଦଶମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଥିବାବେଳେ ୨୦୨୯ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଭାରତ ୭ଟି ସ୍ଥାନ ଉପରକୁ ଉଠି ତୃତୀୟ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି।	548	Y
