2102	17-09-2022	Odia	ଆୟ ହରାଇବା ଓ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଦର ଆକାଶଛୁଆଁ ସ୍ତରରେ ଥିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଦୁଇ ମୁଠା ଖାଇବା ଯୋଗାଡ଼ କରିବାକୁ ସଂଘର୍ଷ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ବିଶ୍ବର ୮୨ଟି ଦେଶର ଲୋକ ଏଭଳି ସଙ୍କଟ ଦେଇ ଗତି କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସାରାବିଶ୍ବରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୪.୫ କୋଟି ଲୋକ କ୍ଷୁଧାର ଦ୍ବାରଦେଶରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ୭ କୋଟି ଲୋକ କ୍ଷୁଧା କବଳରେ ପଡ଼ିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଜାତିସଂଘର ବିଶ୍ବ ଖାଦ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଡେଭିଡ୍ ବେସ୍‌ଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଜାତିସଂଘ ନିରାପତ୍ତା ପରିଷଦକୁ ଅବଗତ କରି ବେସ୍‌ଲି ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ପୂର୍ବ ସମୟ ତୁଳନାରେ ଦୁଇ ଗୁଣା ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଉତ୍କଟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସଙ୍କଟ ଦେଇ ଗତି କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ୪୫ଟି ଦେଶର ୫ କୋଟି ଲୋକ ଅପପୁଷ୍ଟିର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତ ବାୟୋଟେକ୍ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ନାଜାଲ କୋଭିଡ୍ ଟିକାକୁ ସିଡିଏସକୋ ଜୁରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛି । ଅଠର ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୟସ୍କମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଟିକା ଦିଆଯାଇପାରିବ । ଏହା ଭାରତରେ ଅନୁମତି ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପ୍ରଥମ ନାଜାଲ କୋଭିଡ୍ ଟିକା । ଭାରତର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ‘ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ଆଣ୍ଡ ମୋଦୀ: ରିଫମର୍ସ ଆଇଡିଆଜ୍ ପରଫର୍ମର୍ସ ଇମ୍ପ୍ଲିମେଂଟେସନ୍‌’ ପୁସ୍ତକ ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଉଜ୍‌ବେକିସ୍ତାନର ଐତିହାସିକ ସହର ସମରକନ୍ଦରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ସାଂଘାଇ ସହଯୋଗ ସଂଗଠନ (ଏସ୍‌ସିଓ) ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଅବସରରେ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଏବଂ ଚୀନ୍‌ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ସି ଜିନପିଙ୍ଗ ମୁହାଁମୁହିଁ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୨୦ର ଗଲୱାନ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ପରେ ଏହା ଜିନପିଙ୍ଗ ଏବଂ ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ସିଧାସଳଖ ସାକ୍ଷାତ ଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ମୋଦୀ ଜିନପିଙ୍ଗଙ୍କ ସହ ହାତ ମିଳାଇନାହାନ୍ତି କି କୌଣସି ମତ ବିନିମୟ ‌ମଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇନାହିଁ। ନୋର ସୁକେଶର ଷଡ଼ଯନ୍ତ୍ର ବିଷୟରେ କିଛି ଜାଣି ନଥିବା ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୁଲିସ କହିଛି। ଜେଲ୍‌ରେ ଥାଇ ସୁକେଶ ଚଳାଉଥିବା ଅପରାଧରେ ନୋରା ସାମିଲ୍ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି, କି ସେ ଏ ବିଷୟରେ କିଛି ଜାଣିନାହାନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୁଲିସ କହିଥିବା ନୋରାଙ୍କ ଟିମ୍ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି। ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୧୦ରେ ସେତେବେଳର ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ପରିବେଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଥିବା ଜୟରାମ ରମେଶ ଏହି ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ପାଇଁ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ଗସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ। ହେଲେ ୨୦୧୩ରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାକୁ ରଦ୍ଦ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଆଉ ୨୦୨୦ରେ ଏଥିରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା ବ୍ୟାନ୍‌କୁ ହଟାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ବୋଲି କଂଗ୍ରେସ କହିଛି।୧୪ ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କରିଥିବା ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଯୋଗୁ ଆଜି ଚିତା ଭାରତ ଆସିପାରୁଛି ବୋଲି ଦଳ ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୁଲିସର ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ ଟ୍ରାଫିକ୍ ନିୟମ ଭଙ୍ଗ ଘଟଣାରେ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ୧୦,୫୦୦ କାର୍ ଜବତ କରାଯିବା ସହ ୧୪୧ ଡ୍ରାଇଭରଙ୍କୁ ଅଟକ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଅଟୋ, ସ୍କୁଟର ଏବଂ ମଟରସାଇକେଲ ଡ୍ରାଇଭରମାନେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ନିୟମ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ପୁଲିସ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି। କୋଲକାତା ମହାନଗରରେ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ଟ୍ରାଫିକ ଇ-କୋର୍ଟ ଖୋଲିଛି। କୋଲକାତା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଚିଫ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ପ୍ରକାଶ ଶ୍ରୀବାସ୍ତବ ବେଙ୍ଗଲର ପ୍ରଥମ ଟ୍ରାଫିକ ଇ-କୋର୍ଟକୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିବା ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ରେ ୧୯ ହଜାର ମୋକଦ୍ଦମା ରୁଜୁ ହୋଇଛି। ଫୋର୍ବସ୍ ରିୟଲଟାଇମ ବିଲେନିୟର ଇଣ୍ଡେକ୍ସ ଅନୁସାରେ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଆଦାନୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିରେ ମୋଟ ୫.୫ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରର ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇ ସାରିଥିଲା। ଏବେ ସେ ୧୫୫.୭ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର ସହ ବିଶ୍ୱର ୨ ନମ୍ବର ବିଲେନିୟର ପାଲଟିଛନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ ୧ ନମ୍ବର ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଏବେବି ଟେସଲା ସିଇଓ ଏଲନ ମସ୍କ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହାଙ୍କର ମୋଟ ନେଟୱର୍ଥ ୨୭୩.୫ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର ରହିଛି। ୧୦ରୁ ୧୧ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ପିଲା ପ୍ରତି ରାତିରେ ୧୨ ଘଣ୍ଟା ନିଦ ପାଉନାହାନ୍ତି । ଏହା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ସେମାନେ ହାରାହାରି ୮.୭ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଶୋଇବାକୁ ପାଉଛନ୍ତି । ଡି ମଣ୍ଟଫର୍ଟ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଗବେଷକ ଡା. ଜନ୍‌ ଶ ଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଲିସେଷ୍ଟର୍‌ ସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ଏହି ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । କିଶୋରଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ, ନିଦ ଓ ଫୋମୋ (ଫିଅର୍‌ ଅଫ୍‌ ମିସିଙ୍ଗ ଆଉଟ୍‌ ବା ହରାଇବାର ଭୟ)ର ଏହି ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ ପ୍ରଥମ । ରାତିରେ ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ଶୋଇବା ଉଚିତ୍‌, ସେହି ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରତି ୮ ଜଣ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜଣେ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଥିଲେ ବୋଲି ଗବେଷକମାନେ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ପାଇଲେ । ପ୍ରାୟ ୬୯ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପିଲା କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଦିନକୁ ସେମାନେ ୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ରହୁଛନ୍ତି । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଭିତରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ସିଡବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁସି (କଂଗ୍ରେସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରିଣୀ କମିଟି) ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି। କଂଗ୍ରେସ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ନିର୍ବାନନ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ମଧୁସୁଦନ ମିସ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ସଦସ୍ୟ ଅବଧି ଶେଷ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ସୁବ୍ରମଣ୍ୟମ୍ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀସ୍ଥିତ ସରକାରୀ ବଙ୍ଗଳା ଖାଲି କରି ନଥିଲେ। ଏବେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କୁ ସରକାରୀ ବଙ୍ଗଳା ଛାଡିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ସୁବ୍ରମଣ୍ୟମ୍ ୬ ସପ୍ତାହ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବଙ୍ଗଳା ଖାଲି କରିବେ। ଦେଶର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟଙ୍କ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଛି। ୮ବର୍ଷରୁ ୩ ଦଶନ୍ଧି ତଳର ୧୩ ହଜାର ୧୪୭ଟି ପୁରୁଣା ତଥା ଅଣପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ମାମଲାକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଝଟ୍‌କାରେ ବିଚାର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରୁ ହଟାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୧୯ ପରଠାରୁ ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଥିବା ଯାନରେ ହାଇ ସିକ୍ୟୁରିଟି ନମ୍ବର ପ୍ଲେଟ୍‌ ଲଗାଇବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ୨୦୧୯ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଯାନ କ୍ରୟ କରିଥିଲେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟକ୍ରମେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ହାଇସିକ୍ୟୁରିଟି ନମ୍ବର ପ୍ଲେଟ୍‌ ଲଗାଇବାକୁ ସମୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ମହିଳା କ୍ରିକେଟ ଦଳର ଉପ ଅଧିନାୟିକା ରାଚେଲ ହେନ୍‌ସ ଗୁରୁବାର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟରୁ ଅବସର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଗାମୀ ମହିଳା ବିଗ୍‌ବାସ ଲିଗ୍‌ ରାଚେଲଙ୍କ ଶେଷ ଘରୋଇ ସିଜିନ ହେବ। ୩୫ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ବାମହାତୀ ବ୍ୟାଟର ରାଚେଲ ୨୦୦୯ରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ପଦାର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ମହିଳା, ଶିଶୁ ଓ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନାଗରିକ ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଥିବା ଜଘନ୍ୟ ଅପରାଧର ତୁରନ୍ତ ଫଇସଲା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଫାଷ୍ଟ ଟ୍ରାକ୍ କୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଉପରେ ରିଜ୍‌ଜୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବାରୋପ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପତ୍ରରେ ରିଜ୍‌ଜୁ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି ୧୪ତମ ଅର୍ଥ କମିସନ ୧୮୦୦ଟି ଫାଷ୍ଟ ଟ୍ରାକ୍‌ କୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ପାଇଁ ସୁପାରିସ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଗତ ଜୁଲାଇ ୩୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମାତ୍ର ୮୯୬ଟି ଏପରି କୋର୍ଟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ରହିଛି।	579	Y
