2190	20-07-2022	Odia	ଦେଶରେ ମୋଟ ୧୩ ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୪ ହଜାର ୩୮୫ଟି ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯାନ ଏବଂ ୨୭ କୋଟି ୮୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୯ ହଜାର ୬୩୧ଟି ଅଣ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଯାନ ଗଡ଼ୁଛି। ‌ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯାନ ଓ ଅଣ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯାନସଂଖ୍ୟାକୁ ମିଶାଇଲେ ଦେଶରେ ମୋଟ ୨୭ କୋଟି ୯୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪ ହଜାର ୧୬ଟି ଗାଡ଼ି ଗଡ଼ୁଛି। ୨୦୨୧ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୫ରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଯାନକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପିଏଲଆଇ ଯୋଜନାରେ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଏଥିନିମନ୍ତେ ୨୫,୯୩୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବଜେଟ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି। ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯାନ ଉପରେ ଜିଏସଟିକୁ ୧୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଚାର୍ଜର ଏବଂ ଚାର୍ଜିଂ ‌ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜିଏସଟିକୁ ୧୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ କମାଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶର ୯ଟି ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସୱେ ଏବଂ ୧୬ଟି ରାଜପଥରେ ୧୫୭୬ଟି ଚାର୍ଜିଂ ‌ଷ୍ଟେସନ ସ୍ଥାପନ ଲାଗି ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିରୁ କୋଲକାତାରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୪୪ଟି ଏବଂ ଚେନ୍ନାଇରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୧୨୦ଟି ଚାର୍ଜିଂ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ସ୍ଥାପନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ହୋଇଛି। ହରିୟାଣାରେ ଡିଏସ୍‌ପି ସୁରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସିଂହ ଜଣେ ଡିଏସ୍‌ପିଙ୍କୁ ଟ୍ରକ୍‌ (ଡମ୍ପର) ମଡ଼ାଇ ହତ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଓଡିଶାରେ ୮୮.୫୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବାର ଥିବାବେଳେ ୨୦୧୯ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମାତ୍ର ୩.୧୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବାରକୁ ପାଇପ୍ ଯୋଗେ ପାନୀୟଜଳ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ତେବେ ଚଳିତ ମାସ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ୪୩ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବାରକୁ ଟପିଯାଇଛି। ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ବିଜେପି ଅଗ୍ନିବୀର ନାମରେ ଜାତିବୀର ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଛି କାରଣ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବେଳେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତି ଓ ଧର୍ମର ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ୍ ମଗାଯାଉଛି। ଫୋନ ଟ୍ୟାପିଂ ମାମଲାରେ ମୁମ୍ବାଇର ପୂର୍ବତନ ପୁଲିସ କମିଶନର ସଞ୍ଜୟ ପାଣ୍ଡେଙ୍କୁ ଇଡି ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ସେ ବେଆଇନ ଭାବେ ଏନଏସଇ(ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଷ୍ଟକ ଏକ୍ସଚେଂଜ) କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ କଲ୍ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ବାହିନୀ ( ସେନା, ବାୟୁସେନା ଓ ନୌସେନା) ରେ ଗତ ୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ୮୧୯ ଜଣ ସୈନିକ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଗୃହୀତ ହେଲା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଣ ଓ ଖାଉଟି କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଏବଂ ସମବାୟ ବିଭାଗର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଦାବି । ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଣ ବିଭାଗର ୧୨୦୫ କୋଟି ୨୯ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୯ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସମବାୟ ବିଭାଗର ୧୯୪୧ କୋଟି ୧୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଚଳିତ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷରୁ ଶତ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସିଲାବସରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ । ଯୁକ୍ତ ୨ ବା ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପାଇଁ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଏବେ ୧୦୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସିଲାବସ୍‌ର ପାଠ ପଢ଼ି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବେ । ୨୦୨୨ର ଅକୃତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ କିନ୍ତୁ ୨୦୨୩ ଓ ୨୦୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଥିବା ୭୦% ପୁରୁଣା ସିଲାବସରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବେ। ଗୁଜରାଟ ପୋଲିସ ଗିରଫ ଆଇଏଏସ ଅଧିକାରୀ ପୂଜା ସିଙ୍ଘଲଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ୍ ଶାହଙ୍କ ଫଟୋ ଟୁଇଟରରେ ପୋଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ମାମଲାରେ ଫିଲ୍ମ ନିର୍ମାତା ଅବିନାଶ ଦାସଙ୍କୁ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରୁ ନିଜ ହେପାଜତରେ ନେଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଗତ ୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ଆହ୍ଲାବାଦ ସହ ସାତଟି ସହରର ନାଁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବାକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଅହ୍ଲାବାଦର ନାଁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରି ପ୍ରୟାଗରାଜ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ରାଜୁମନ୍ଦରୀ ସହରର ନାଁ ରାଜା ମହେନ୍ଦ୍ରବରମ, ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡରେ ନଗର ଉଣ୍ଟାରୀର ନାଁ ଶ୍ରୀ ବଂଶୀଧର ନଗର କରିବାକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୧ରେ ଭାରତର ନାଗରିକତା ଛାଡିଥିବା ସଂଖ୍ୟା ରେକର୍ଡ ସ୍ତରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି । ୨୦୨୦ ମସିହା ତୁଳନାରେ ଏହି ସଂଖ୍ୟା ପାଖାପାଖି ଦ୍ୱିଗୁଣିତ ହୋଇଛି । ସଂସଦରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ରାଜ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିତ୍ୟାନନ୍ଦ ରାୟ ଦେଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ୧,୬୩,୩୭୦ ଜଣ ନିଜ ନାଗରିକତା ଛାଡିଛନ୍ତି । ଗତ ତିନି ବର୍ଷରେ ମୋଟ ୩,୯୨,୬୪୩ ଜଣ ଭାରତର ନାଗରିକତା ଛାଡିଛନ୍ତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଭାରତୀୟ ନାଗରିକତା ଛାଡିଥିବା ବେଶି ଲୋକେ ଆମେରିକାରେ ରହିବା ପାଇଁ ପସନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ମନ ପସନ୍ଦର ସ୍ଥାନ ହୋଇଛି । ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ‘ଅଗ୍ନିପଥ’ ଯୋଜନା ସହିତ ଜଡ଼ିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଛି । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ‘ଅଗ୍ନିପଥ’ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ନେଇ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗର ଶୁଣାଣି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ କରିବେ । ସରକାର ପାଇକ ବିଦ୍ରୋହ ସ୍ମାରକୀ ପାଇଁ ଜମି ଯୋଗାଇଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ବରୁଣେଇରେ ୯.୬୮୫ ଏକର ଜମି ଦେଇଥିବା କୁହାଯାଇଛି । ପୁରୀରେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ ୧୩୫ଟିରେ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍‌ । ୧୩୫କୋଟି ୬୦ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ଧର୍ମଶାଳା ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏଣିକି ମିଳିବ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟିଆ ରାସନ। ଏଟିଏମରୁ ଟଙ୍କା ବାହାରିବା ଭଳି ବାହାରିବ ଚାଉଳ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଲ ଟାଇମ ଗ୍ରେନ୍ (ଏଟିଜି) ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଉଛି। ପାଇଲଟ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ଆମେରିକା ଡଲାର ତୁଳନାରେ ଟଙ୍କା ଆହୁରି ୭ ପଇସା ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୮୦ଟଙ୍କା ୫ ପଇସାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି ।ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଡଲାର ତୁଳନାରେ ୮୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାର୍‌ ହୋଇଛି ବିନିମୟ ମୁଲ୍ୟ । ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ରଏଡ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀମାନେ ଗୁଗୁଲ୍ ପ୍ଲେ ଷ୍ଟୋରରୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ଆପ୍ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ୍ କରିଥାନ୍ତି, କିନ୍ତୁ ବେଳେବେଳେ ଏହି ଆପଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ କିଛି ମାଲୱେର୍ ମଧ୍ୟ ଲୁଚି ରହିଥାଏ। ଗୁଗୁଲ୍ ପ୍ଲେ ଷ୍ଟୋରରେ ଏହିପରି ଏକ ନୂତନ ମାଲୱେରର ସନ୍ଧାନ ମିଳିଛି। ଏହାର ନାମ ‘ଅଟୋଲାଇକସ୍’ କୁହାଯାଉଛି।	635	Y
