ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀଠାରେ ସଫଳ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ସହିତ ଭାରତର ଜି-୨୦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତ‌ା ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ବ୍ରାଜିଲର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଲୁଇଜ ଇନାସିଓ ଲୁଲା ଡା ସିଲଭାଙ୍କୁ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଭାବେ ଜି୨୦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାର ପ୍ରତୀକ ଗାଭେଲ (ହାତୁଡ଼ି) ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ସବୁଜ ଜଳବାୟୁ ପାଣ୍ଠିକୁ ୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଡଲାର ଦେବା ବିଷୟରେ ବ୍ରିଟେନ୍‌ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଋଷି ସୁନକ ଜି୨୦ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀର ଶେଷ ଦିନରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନର ମୁକାବିଲା ଲାଗି ୧୯୪ଟି ଦେଶ ମିଶି ଏହି ପାଣ୍ଠି ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଭାରତ ୫ଜିରେ ଆଗୁଆ ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପିଢ଼ିର ମୋବାଇଲ୍‌ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ୬ଜିରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଗରେ ରହିବା ଲାଗି ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ୬ଜି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଭାରତ ଓ ଆମେରିକା ପରସ୍ପର ସହ ହାତ ମିଳାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏନେଇ ଜି୨୦ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଅବସରରେ ଉଭୟ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷର ହୋଇଛି।

ଭାରତ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜି-୨୦ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଆଜି ସଫଳତାର ସହ ସଂପନ୍ନ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହା ବୈଶ୍ବିକସ୍ତରରେ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ୟ ବଢ଼ାଇଛି। ଭାରତର ଜି-୨୦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାକୁ ବିଶ୍ବ ନେତାମାନେ ଭୂୟସୀ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କଲେ ।

ମରକ୍କୋର ମର୍ମନ୍ତୁଦ ଭୂକମ୍ପରେ ୨,୦୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି ବୋଲି ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଶନିବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି।

‘ଜି୨୦’ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ‌ ଅବସରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ରାତ୍ରଭୋଜିରେ ବିଶ୍ବନେତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁନା ଓ ରୁପା ଥାଳିରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପରିବେଷଣ କରିଥିବାରୁ ‘ଏନ୍‌ସିପି’ ନେତା ଶରଦ ପାୱାର ବିସ୍ମିତ ହେବା ସହିତ ରବିବାର ଦିନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ପୋଲାଣ୍ଡର ଜିଡାଂସ୍କ ସହରରେ ଥିବା ବିଚିତ୍ର ତରଙ୍ଗାୟିତ ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକା ସମୂହ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକମାନଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଆକର୍ଷଣ ହୋଇ ରହିଛି। ୧୯୭୦ ଦଶକର ପ୍ରଥମାର୍ଦ୍ଧରେ ବାସଗୃହର ଘୋର ଅଭାବ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଏହି କୋଠାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଅଣ୍ଡା ସଦୃଶ ଏକ ରହସ୍ୟମୟ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପେଣ୍ଡୁ ଆଲାସ୍କା ଉପକୂଳବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ ମହାସାଗର ଚଟାଣରେ ଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି। ଏହା କ’ଣ ବୋଲି ଜାଣିବା ପାଇଁ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନଙ୍କ ମନରେ କୌତୂହଳ ଜାତ ହୋଇଛି। ଆଲାସ୍କା ଜାତୀୟ ମହାସାଗର ଓ ବାୟୁମଣ୍ଡଳ ପ୍ରଶାସନ (ନୋଆ)ର ଏକ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନକାରୀ ଦଳ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୩୦ରେ ଏହି ଅଜବ ସୁନେଲି ବସ୍ତୁ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ପାଇଥିଲେ।

ଆସନ୍ତାବର୍ଷ ରିଓ ଡି ଜେନିରୋରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ‘ଜି୨୦’ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମଳନୀରେ ‌ଯଦି ରୁଷୀୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର୍‌ ପୁଟିନ ଯୋଗ ଦିଅନ୍ତି, ତାଙ୍କୁ ସେଠାରେ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ଶନିବାର ଦିନ ବ୍ରାଜିଲ୍‌ର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଲୁଇ ଇନାସିଓ ଲୁଲା ଦା ସିଲ୍‌ଭା କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୩ରେ ଲୋକସେବା କନଭେନସନରେ ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ଓ ବେସରକାରୀ କଲେଜ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷମାନଙ୍କ କର୍ମଶାଳା ବସିବ । ଏଥିରେ ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯିବ ।

କଟକର ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଦୁର୍ଗାପୂଜା ପାଇଁ ରବିବାର ସମସ୍ତ ୧୭୦ ପୂଜା କମିଟିକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଛି । ପୂଜା କମିଟି ଗୁଡିକ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିଶାମୁକ୍ତ ଓ ଡିଜେ ମୁକ୍ତ ଭସାଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ପୋଲିସ କମିଶନର ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ପୁଲିସ ୬୦ ଗାଡିରୁ ସାଇଲେନ୍ସର କାଢ଼ି ଜବତ କରିଛି ।  ରୋଡ଼ ରୋମିଓଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପୁଲିସ ନେଇଛି ଆକ୍ସ । ଆଗକୁ ମଡିଫାଏଡ଼ ସୋରୁମରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଚଢ଼ାଉ ହେବ । ଟ୍ରାଫିକ ଖିଲାପକାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଜିରୋ ଟଲରାନ୍ସ ନୀତି ଆପଣା ଯିବ। ଏ ନେଇ  ଟ୍ରାପିକ ଏସିପି ଜୟନ୍ତ ଦୋରା ସୂଚନା  ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଯକୃତ ଔଷଧ ଡିଫେଟେଲିୟୋ ଓ କ୍ୟାନସର (କର୍କଟ) ରୋଗୀ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହେଉଥିବା ଔଷଧ ଏଡ୍‌‌‌ସେଟ୍ରିସ୍‌ର ନକଲି ଔଷଧ ଦେଶରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ଔଷଧ ମହାନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରକ (ଡିସିଜିଆଇ) ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି।

ଚୀନର ଏକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଭାରତ ବିରୋଧରେ ସାଂଘାତିକ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆଣିଛି। ଆୟୋଜକ ଭାବେ ଭାରତ ଜି ୨୦ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀର ଫାଇଦା ନେଇଛି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ଚୀନର ସ୍ବାର୍ଥକୁ କ୍ଷତି ପହଞ୍ଚାଇଛି। ଚୀନର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ସହ ଅନୁବନ୍ଧିତ ଚୀନ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ କଣ୍ଟେମ୍ପୋରାରି ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ରିଲେସନ୍ସ ନାମକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏଭଳି ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷରୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଋଣ ପାଇବା ସହଜ ହେବ। ଭାରତୀୟ ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ‘ଫ୍ରିକ୍ସନଲେସ୍‌ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍‌’ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଲାଗୁ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ଋଣ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ବେଶ ସଂଗଠିତ ଓ ସହଜ ହେବ।

ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୨ ତାରିଖ ବେଳକୁ ଉତରପଶ୍ଚିମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱବର୍ତୀ ପଶ୍ଚିମକେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏକ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୧୨ ତାରିଖରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷାର ପରିମାଣ ଏବଂ ବିସ୍ତୃତି ବଢିବ। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୩ ଦିନ ଧରି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବ ବୋଲି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

କାହାର ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣରେ ନଥିବା କ୍ରିପ୍ଟୋକରେନ୍ସିର ମୁକାବିଲା ଲାଗି ଜି୨୦ ଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସହମତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବିଶେଷ କରି ଏହି ମୁଦ୍ରାର ଅପବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ରୋକିବା ଲାଗି ଏହି ଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମିଳିତ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିବେ।

ବିଶ୍ବ ଟିକସ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିବା ଲାଗି ଜି୨୦ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସହମତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏକ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ଟିକସ ବୁଝାମଣା ଲାଗି ଭାରତ ସମେତ ୧୪୦ଟି ଦେଶ ସହମତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ବିଶ୍ବରେ ପରମାଣୁ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରର ବ୍ୟବହାର କିମ୍ବା ପରମାଣୁ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରର ଧମକ ଆଦୌ ଗ୍ରହଣଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ।

ଆଫ୍ରିକୀୟ ସଂଘ ଆଜି ଜି-୨୦ରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ସଦସ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଏନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଆ‌ଣିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ପରେ ସମସ୍ତ ସଦସ୍ୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଏହାକୁ ସ୍ବାଗତ କରିଥିଲେ।

ଭାରତ ଜି୨୦ ବୈଠକ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବା ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ମୁହୂର୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଚମତ୍କାର ସଂଯୋଗ ଭାବେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟକ ବଜାର ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମାଇଲଖୁଣ୍ଟ ହାସଲ କରିଛି। ଭାରତର ଷ୍ଟକ ବଜାର ଚଳିତ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ୩.୮ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଡଲାର କ୍ଲବ୍‌ରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛି।

ଭାରତର ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମିକୁ ବିଶ୍ବବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବା ସହ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନରେ ମାତ୍ର ଛଅ ବର୍ଷରେ ଯେଉଁ ସଫଳତା ମିଳିଛି ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସାଧାରଣ ବାଟରେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଦଶନ୍ଧି ସମୟ ଲାଗିଥାନ୍ତା ବୋଲି କହିଛି।

ରାଜ୍ୟ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଓ ପରିବହନ ବିଭାଗର ମିଶ୍ରଣ କରାଯାଇ ଗୋଟିଏ ବିଭାଗ ଗଠନ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ଛାପାଖାନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟକୁ ଅଲଗା କରାଯିବ। ଏହି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିସାରିଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉଭୟ ବିଭାଗ ପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ବଜେଟ୍ ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ କରାଯିବ। 

ଏୟାରପୋର୍ଟ ପରି ଅନୁଭୂତି ପାଇବେ ଯାତ୍ରୀ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀ। କଟକବାସୀଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷାର ହେବ ଅନ୍ତ। ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୬ରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହେବ କଟକ ନେତାଜୀ ବସ ଟର୍ମିନାଲ। ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିବେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ।
