2396	01-04-2022	Odia	ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ଘର କିଣୁ ଥିଲେ ଧାରା 80-EEA ଅନୁସାରେ ସୁଧରେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ୧.୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ରିହାତି ଆଉ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ । ଘରର ଦାମ ୪୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ କମ ହୋଇଥିଲେ, ସୁଧ ସୁଝିବାରେ ଦେଢ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସବସିଡି ମିଳୁଥିଲା । ପ୍ରାୟ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ କୋଭିଡ୍ ମୁକାବିଲା ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ କଟକଣା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି । ଜାତୀୟ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣର ସୁପାରିସ୍ ପରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କଟକଣା ହଟାଇବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ୭୨ ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଅବସର ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପି.ଚିଦାମ୍ବରମ, କପିଲ ସିବଲ, ଜୟରାମ ରମେଶ ଓ ଏ.କେ ଆଣ୍ଟୋନୀଙ୍କ ପରି ବରିଷ୍ଠ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା , ବିଜେପିର ସୁବ୍ରମଣ୍ୟମ ସ୍ୱାମୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ଗୁରୁବାର ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୨ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜମି ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଓ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ବିଭାଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଏକ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଅଛି \| ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାରେ ଏବେ ଉପୁଜିଲାଣି ଭୟଙ୍କର ପରିସ୍ଥିତି। ଖାଇବାକୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନାହିଁ କି ପିଇବାକୁ ପାଣି ନାହିଁ। ଚାଉଳ, ଡ‌ାଲିର ଘୋର ଅଭାବ ସହ ଡିଜେଲ ଟାଙ୍କି ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇସାରିଲାଣି। ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପାଇଁ ଲାଗୁଛି ଲମ୍ବା ଧାଡ଼ି। ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଜଣେ ଅବିବାହିତ ଝିଅ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ପୋଷ୍ୟ ସନ୍ତାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ ଏବଂ ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ ଅଧିନିୟମ, ୧୯୫୬ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ନିଜ ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ବିବାହ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଦାବି କରିପାରିବ। ଦେଶର ବୃହତ୍ତମ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ ଏଭଳି ‘ଗୁଣ୍ଡାଗିରି’ରେ ମାତି ଯୁବସମାଜକୁ କି ପ୍ରକାର ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଦେଉଛି ବୋଲି ଆଜି ‘ବିଜେପି’କୁ ପରୋକ୍ଷଭାବେ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ୍‌ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଣବିକ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଶସ୍ତ୍ର ଥିବା କେତେକ ବୋମା ବର୍ଷଣକାରୀ ରୁଷୀୟ ଲଢୁଆ ବିମାନ ଚଳିତ ମାସ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭରେ ସ୍ବିଡେନ୍‌ ଆକାଶ ସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଚାଲିଯାଇଥିବା ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପାଶ୍ଚାତ୍ୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍‌ବେଳିତ କରିଛି। ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ପାରିତ ହେଲା ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ର ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବ୍ୟୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ବିଲ୍‌। ଆସନ୍ତା ୪ ମାସ ପାଇଁ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬ ହଜାର କୋଟିରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଟଙ୍କାର ଲେଖା ଅନୁଦାନ ବିଲକୁ ଗୃହରେ ଆଗତ କରାଇଥିଲେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିରଞ୍ଜନ ପୂଜାରୀ। ଓଡିଶାରେ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ପିଲାମାନେ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ସକାଳ ସାଢ଼େ ୬ଟାରୁ ପୂର୍ବାହ୍ନ ସାଢ଼େ ୧୦ଟା ଯାଏଁ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ିବେ। ସେହିଭଳି ନବମ ଠାରୁ ଦ୍ବାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ପିଲାମାନେ ସକାଳ ୭ଟାରୁ ୧୧ଟା ୩୦ ଯାଏଁ ପାଠପଢ଼ିବେ। ଆସନ୍ତା ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨ ତାରିଖ ଠାରୁ ଏହି ସମୟ ନିର୍ଘଣ୍ଟ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ନୀତି ଆୟୋଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ବହୁମୁଖୀ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କରେ ହେଡ୍‍ କାଉଂଟ ରେସିଓ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟାର ୨୯.୩୫% ଦରିଦ୍ର ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟର ତୀବ୍ରତା ରହିଛି ୪୬.୪୨%। ଦେଶରେ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟର ତୀବ୍ରତା ୪୭.୧୩% ବୋଲି ଆଜି ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଯୋଜନା ଓ ସଂଯୋଜନା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପଦ୍ମନାଭ ବେହେରା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆବାସ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ୬ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୨ ହଜାର ବାସଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି। ସେହି ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ, ଗୁଜରାଟ, ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର, ତ୍ରିପୁରା, ତାମିଲନାଡୁ ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ରହିଛି। ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଗୁରୁବାର ୮ ଜଣ ଆଇପିଏସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଦାଲତ ଅବମାନନା ମାମଲାରେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଶୁଣାଣିଛନ୍ତି।୮ ଆଇଏଏସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଆସନ୍ତା ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ଯାଏଁ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ସମାଜସେବା କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରେ ଆଇଏଏସ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ସମାଜସେବା କରିବେ। ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୧ରୁ ଆୟକରଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଭଲ ସୁବିଧା ମିଳିବ । ଯଦି ଆୟକର ଫାଇଲ୍ ବେଳେ କିଛି ଭୁଲ ହୋଇଯାଏ ତେବେ ତ୍ରୁଟି ସୁଧାରିବାକୁ ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିବ । ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ଦୌସାରେ ମହିଳା ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣାରେ ଗିରଫ ହେଲେ ବିଜେପି ନେତା ଜିତେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୋଥ୍‌ୱାଲ। ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ପାଇଁ ମହିଳା ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କୁ ଉସ୍‌କାଇବା ଓ ଚାପ ପକାଇବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଗତକାଲି ରାତିରେ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ପୁଲିସ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଇ-ଅଟୋ ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ କେଜରିୱାଲ ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରିବା ସମୟରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି “କେଜରିୱାଲ ମହତ୍ୱ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନୁହେଁ, ଏହି ଦେଶ ଜରୁରି ଅଟେ’’। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦୁନିଆର ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳର ଏପରି ଗୁଣ୍ଡାଗର୍ଦ୍ଦି ଆଦୌ ଶୋଭନୀୟ ନୁହେଁ। ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଦେଶର ଯୁବକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଖରାପ ସନ୍ଦେଶ ପହଞ୍ଚୁଛି । ଓଡିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କର ଏକମାତ୍ର ସରକାରୀ କୋଇଲା ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ଓଡିଶା କୋଲ୍‌ ଆଣ୍ଡ ପାୱାର ଲିମିଟେଡ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ରିଲିଫ ପାଣ୍ଠିକୁ ୧୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି। ଶେଷ ଦିନରେ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବ୍ୟୟ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ବିଲ । ଆସନ୍ତା ୪ ମାସ ପାଇଁ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬ ହଜାର ୪୯୮ କୋଟିରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଟଙ୍କାର ଲେଖା ଅନୁଦାନ ବିଲକୁ ଗୃହରେ ଆଗତ କରାଇଥିଲେ ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିରଞ୍ଜନ ପୂଜାରୀ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ହୋଇଛି କୋଭିଡ୍ ମହାମାରୀ ଆଇନ। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବା ସହ ଜୀବନଜୀବିକା ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ହେବା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର କୋଭିଡ୍ କଟକଣାକୁ ହଟାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ଆଇନ-୨୦୦୫ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କୋଭିଡ୍ ପରିଚାଳନା କରାଯାଉଥିବାବେଳେ ଏହି ମହାମାରୀ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ନୂଆ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟରିଂ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ଖୋଲିବା ଉପରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା କଟକଣାକୁ ଅଲ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ କାଉନସିଲ ପର ଟେକ୍ନିକାଲ ଏଜୁକେସନ (ଏଆଇସିଟିଇ) ଆଉ ୨ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ବଢାଇ ଦେଇଛି। ତେବେ ପିପିପି ମୋଡ ସହିତ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ, ଉଦୀୟମାନ, ବହୁ ବିଷୟ ଆଧାରିତ, ପ୍ରଫେସନାଲ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନୂଆ ପଲିଟେକ୍ନିକ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦିଆଯାଇପାରେ।	550	Y

2400	30-03-2022	Odia	କମେଡି-ଡ୍ରାମା ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ‘କୋଡା’କୁ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ଭାବେ ଓସ୍କାର ୨୦୨୨ ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିଛି। ଏହି ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବାରେ କୋଡା ହେଉଛି ବିଶ୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମିଂ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର। ଏହାକୁ ମୋଟ ତିନିଟି ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିଛି। ହିନ୍ଦୀ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟାନ ଭାଷାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୁକ୍ତିଲାଭ କରିଛି RRR । ଫିଲ୍ମ ଓପିନିଂ ଡେରେ ୱାର୍ଲ୍ଡ ଓ୍ୱାଇଡ୍ ୨୦୦କୋଟିର କଲେକ୍ସନ କରିଥିଲା । ଏବେ ସେହି ଅନୁସାରେ ଆରଆରଆର ୫୦୦କୋଟି କଲେକ୍ସନ କରିବାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଛି । ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଏବଂ ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନାରେ ଫିଲ୍ମ ପାଖାପାଖି ୨୦କୋଟିର ବିଜନେସ କରିଛି ବିଶ୍ୱ ବଜାରରେ ସୁନା ଓ ରୁପା ଦର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି । ଗତକାଲି ଆମେରିକାର ବଜାରରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆସିଥିଲା, ଯାହା ପରେ ଡଲାରରେ ସୁନା କ୍ରୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଲା ଆଉ ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ସିଧା ସୁନା ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଲା । ବିଶ୍ୱ ବଜାରରେ ସୁନା ଓ ରୂପା ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ହ୍ରାସ ହେତୁ ଘରୋଇ ବଜାରରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୁନା ଓ ରୁପା ଦର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି । ଆଇଏଏସ ଟପ୍ପର ଟିନା ଡାବି ପୁଣି ଥରେ ବିବାହ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି । ୨୦୧୬ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ କ୍ୟାଡରର ଅଫିସର ଟିନା ଡାବି ୨୦୧୩ ବ୍ୟାଚର ଆଇଏଏସ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଗୱାନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ସହ ଖୁବ ଶୀଘ୍ର ବିବାହ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ତାଙ୍କ ଅଫିସିଆଲ୍ ଇନଷ୍ଟାଗ୍ରାମ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଗୱାନ୍ଦେସହ ନିଜର କିଛି ଫଟୋ ପୋଷ୍ଟ କରି ତାଙ୍କ ନୂଆ ଜୀବନ ସାଥୀଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ଖୁଲାସା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୧ତାରିଖରୁ ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପୁରୀରେ ଏହି ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବା ନେଇ କ୍ରୁଟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଓ କଟକ ପରେ ପୁରୀରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ସାଧାରଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହି ବସ ସେବା । କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ୍ ରିଜିୟନ୍ ଅର୍ବାନ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସପୋର୍ଟ (କ୍ରୁଟ୍‌) ଦୀର୍ଘ ୪ବର୍ଷ ଧରି କଟକ, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର, ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା, ପୁରୀ ଭଳି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ମୋ ବସ୍ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଇଆସୁଛି । ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ହାର ୧୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ଅଧିକ ରହିଛି । ଆଜି ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଏହା ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିଛି । ୩୪ ଦିନରେ ଋଷ-ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ୱାର । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହର ଦଖଲ ନେଇ ଦୁଇ ଦେଶର ଦାବିକୁ ନେଇ ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ସ୍ଥିତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ସରକାର ନେହେରୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟର ନାମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଣିକି ଏହି ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟ ଭାବରେ ପରିଚିତ ହେବ । ଏହି ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟରେ ଦେଶର ୧୪ ଜଣ ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ମୃତି ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରାଯାଇ ରଖାଯିବ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଏହାକୁ ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ୧୪ ଏପ୍ରିଲରେ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ହାତରେ ଧରାପଡିଲେ ତାଳଚେର ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ଓ ପରିମଳ (RWS&S)ର ସହକାରୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସନ୍ତୋଷ କୁମାର ସାହୁ । ଜଣେ ଠିକାଦାରଙ୍କ ଫାଇନାଲ ବିଲ ପାସ କରାଇ ଦେବାପାଇଁ ସେ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ତଙ୍କୁ ଧରିଛି। ବହୁଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁରର ଡାକ୍ତର ସୁମିତ ସାହୁ ଓ ପତ୍ନୀ ତପସ୍ୱିନୀ ବିବାଦରେ ଅବସାନ ଘଟିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ନିମ୍ନ ଅଦାଲତଙ୍କ ରାୟଙ୍କୁ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ କରି ଡାକ୍ତର ସୁମିତଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଦାୟର ରିଭ୍ୟୁପିଟିସନର ଚୂଡାନ୍ତ ଶୁଣାଣି ଆସନ୍ତା ୩୧ରେ ହେବ। ଏସିଆର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ବୃହତ୍ତମ ଜୈବ ମଣ୍ଡଳ ଶିମିଳିପାଳରେ ଲାଗିଛି ନିଆଁ । ଶିମିଳିପାଳ ଅଭୟାରଣ୍ୟରେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରଥମ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିବା ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି । ଶିମିଳିପାଳ ଅଭୟାରଣ୍ୟର ଗୁରୁଗୁଡ଼ିଆ, ତାଳବନ୍ଧ ଓ ଚହଲା ରେଞ୍ଜର ୭ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ସିଙ୍ଗିଲ୍‍ ୱିଣ୍ଡୋ କ୍ଲିଅରାନ୍ସ ଅଥରିଟି ବୈଠକରେ ୨୦୭୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ୧୨ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଜନଗଣନା-୨୦୨୧ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବାକୁ ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଛନ୍ତି।ବିଶେଷ କରି ନାଗରିକମାନେ ନିଜେ ନିଜ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ତଥ୍ୟ ଜ୍ଞାପନ କରିପାରିବେ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଜନଗଣନା ନିୟମ-୧୯୯୦ରେ ଥିବା ନିୟମାବଳୀରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ୨୦୨୫ ମସିହା ସୁଧା ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଏକ ଡ଼ାଟା ସେଣ୍ଟର ହବ୍‍ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରାଯିବ। ଏଥି ସହିତ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ୫ଟି ଡ଼ାଟା ସେଣ୍ଟର ହବ୍‍ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥାନିତ କରାଯିବ। ଆସାମ ଏବଂ ମେଘାଳୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ୫୦ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଲାଗି ରହିଥିବା ପୁରୁଣା ସୀମା ବିବାଦର ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସମାଧାନ ହୋଇଛି। ଏଥିଲାଗି ଦୁଇ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ କିଶୋର ଆମ୍ ଆଦମି ପାର୍ଟି(ଆପ୍)କୁ ନେଇ ଭବିଷ୍ୟବାଣୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି କି ଏହାକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ଦଳ ହେବାକୁ ୧୫ରୁ ୨୦ ବର୍ଷ ଲାଗିବ। କୌଣସି ବି ଦଳକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ଦଳ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ୨୦ କୋଟି ଭୋଟ ଦରକାର, ଆମ୍ ଆଦମି ପାର୍ଟିକୁ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ୨୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ଭୋଟ ହିଁ ମିଳିଥିଲା ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ କିଶୋର କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଏମଏଲଏ ଆସନ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ସରିବା ପରେ ଏବେ ୩୬ ଟି ଏମଏଲସି ଆସନ ପାଇଁ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୯ ତାରିଖରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏହି କ୍ରମରେ ସମାଜବାଦୀ ପାର୍ଟିର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଖିଳେଶ ଯାଦବ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଥମ ଟିକେଟ ଡାକ୍ତର କଫିଲ ଖାନକୁ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନାର ରାଜଧାନୀ ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ ଠାରୁ ୮୦ କିଲୋମିଟ ଦୂରରେ ଥିବା ୟଦାଦ୍ରିର ଶ୍ରୀ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀ ନରସିଂହ ସ୍ବାମୀ ମନ୍ଦିରର ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣରେ ୧୮୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର କବାଟରେ ୧୨୫ କେଜିର ସୁନା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଛି। ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସୂଚୀରେ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଇବାକୁ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ସିଏଚଏସଇକୁ ଏନେଇ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦେବା ସହ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସୂଚୀରେ ଅଳ୍ପ ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ଥିବାରୁ ଏହାକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଇବାକୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମୀର ଦାଶ । ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଇମ୍ରାନ ଖାଁଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଅନାସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ସୋମବାର ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଆସେମ୍ବ୍ଲି (ସଂସଦ)ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ହୋଇଛି। ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ପିଏମ୍‌ଏଲ-ଏନ୍‌ ନେତା ଶେହବାଜ ଶରିଫଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଏହା ଆଗତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ୧୬୧ ସଦସ୍ୟ ମତଦାନ କରିବା ପରେ ଏହା ଆଲୋଚନା ପାଇଁ ଗୃହୀତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହା ଉପରେ ବିତର୍କ ପରେ ୩୧ ଅପରାହ୍ଣରେ ମତଦାନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇଛି।	530	Y
