2390	04-04-2022	Odia	ଭାରତ ବାୟୋଟେକ୍ ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ସ୍ବଦେଶୀ କରୋନା ଟିକା କୋଭାକ୍ସିନ ‌ଯୋଗାଣକୁ ବାତିଲ କରିଛି ବିଶ୍ବ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ (ହୁ)। ସଂଗଠନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ କୋଭାକ୍ସିନରେ କିଛି ଅଭାବ ରହିଥିବା ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଇମ୍ରାନ ଖାନ୍ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳଙ୍କୁ ଚକମା ଦେଇ ସଂସଦ ଭଙ୍ଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୩ ମାସ ଭିତରେ ସଂସଦ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ଇମ୍ରାନଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ କ୍ଷୁବ୍‌ଧ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ସୁପ୍ରିମ କୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ହସ୍ତକ୍ଷେପ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତୁର୍କୀରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଶାନ୍ତି କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଘୋଷଣା ମୁତାବକ ରୁଷ୍‌ ଏଠାରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ସେନା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିନେଇଛି ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଂଚଳ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ ସେନା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣକୁ ଯାଇଛି। ତେବେ ରୁଷ୍‌ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ର ବନ୍ଦର ସହର ଓଡ଼େଶାରେ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଛି। ବିଶ୍ବ ବଜାରରେ ଗହମ ଚାହିଦାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଦ୍ବାରା ଭାରତ ଲାଭବାନ ହେବ। ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ଗହମ ରପ୍ତାନି ୧୦୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟନ୍‌ରୁ ଅଧିକ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଶିଳ୍ପ ଓ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପୀୟୂଷ ଗୋୟଲ ଆଶା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସ୍ୱୟଂସେବକ ସଂଘ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ମୋହନ ଭାଗବତ ରବିବାର ଦିନ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ କଶ୍ମୀର ପଣ୍ଡିତମାନେ ଖୁବ୍‌ ଶୀଘ୍ର କଶ୍ମୀର ଉପତ୍ୟକାରେ ନିଜ ଘରକୁ ଫେରିବାକୁ ସକ୍ଷମ ହେବେ। କୋଭୋଭାକ୍ସକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ଟିକାକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ସୁପାରିଶ କଲା ସରକାରୀ ପାନେଲ। ୧୨ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କୋଭୋଭାକ୍ସକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ‌ଦେବାକୁ କରାଗଲା ସୁପାରିଶ। ଆଉ ୧୩ଟି ନୂଆ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରାଯାଇ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ସମୁଦାୟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୨ଗୁଣ ବା ୨୬କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯିବ ଏବଂ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍‌ ରେଡ୍ଡୀ ଉକ୍ତ ନୂଆ ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିବେ। ଭାରତ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାକୁ ମାନବୀୟ ସହାୟତା ଦେବାକୁ ଆଗେଇ ଆସିଛି। ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାର ଅନୁରୋଧ ରକ୍ଷା କରି ଭାରତ ତୁରନ୍ତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛି। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ଠାରୁ ଭାରତ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାକୁ ୨.୫ ବିଲିୟନ ଡ଼ଲାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ସହାୟତା ଦେଇଛି। ଫେବୃଆରୀରେ ୫୦୦ ମିଲିୟନ ଡ଼ଲାରର ଏକ ଇନ୍ଧନ ଯୋଗାଣ ଚୁକ୍ତି ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହା ପରଠାରୁ ମୋଟ ୧୫୦,୦୦୦ ଟନରୁ ଅଧିକ ଜେଟ ବିମାନ, ଡିଜେଲ ଏବଂ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପଠାଯାଇଛି। ରୁଷ୍‍ ସୈନ୍ୟ ପଛକୁ ହଟୁଥିବା କିଭ୍‍, ବୁଚା ଓ ଚେର୍ଣ୍ଣିହିଭ୍‍ ଆଦି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ରାସ୍ତା, ଗଳି କନ୍ଦିରେ କୁଢ କୁଢ ମୃତଦେହ ପଡ଼ିରହିଛି। ସେଗୁଡିକ ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କର ମୃତ ଶରୀର ବୋଲି ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯୁଦ୍ଧକୁ ୩୯ ଦିନ ଅତିବାହିତ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି କିଭ୍‍, ଚେର୍ଣ୍ଡିହିଭ୍‍, ବୁଚା ସମେତ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‍ର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହରରେ କେବଳ ବିଧ୍ୱଂସର ଚିତ୍ର ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି। ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଆଇଆଇଟିର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ନେଲେ ପ୍ରଫେସର ଭି କେ ତିୱାରୀ । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଖଡଗପୁର ଆଇଆଇଟିର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବେ ଭି. କେ. ତିଓ୍ବାରୀ ଅବସ୍ଥାପିତ । ଭାରତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ, ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ୍ରମେ ସେ ଖଡଗପୁର ଓ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଆଇଆଇଟିର ଦାୟୀତ୍ବରେ ରହିବେ । ଡିପି କୋହଲି ମେମୋରିଆଲ ଲେକ୍ଚରରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମ କୋର୍ଟର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିଚାରପତି ଏନଭି ରମନ୍ନା କହିଥିଲେ ସିବଆଇର ବିଶ୍ୱଶନୀୟତା ଉପରେ କିଛି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନବାଚି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି। କିଛି ମାମଲାରେ ସମୟ ଗଡ଼ିବା ସହିତ ସିବିଆଇର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ବା ନିଷ୍କ୍ରିୟତାକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନଘେର ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ସେ ଆହୁରି କହିଥିଲେ ସମସ୍ତ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ଏଜେନ୍ସିକୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଂସ୍ଥା ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ଲକ୍ଷ୍ନୌର ଚିନହଟରେ ଦେବରାଜୀ ବିହାରରେ ତିନି ମହଲା ଘର ବିନା ଅନୁମତିରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ଏଲଡିଏ ଅନେକ ଥର ଜଗତ ନାରାୟଣଙ୍କୁ ନୋଟିସ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, କିନ୍ତୁ କୌଣସି ଜବାବ ନ ଆସିବାରୁ ପ୍ରଶାସନର ଟିମ ଘର ଭାଙ୍ଗିବାକୁ ପଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା। ଏହାପରେ ବୁଲଡୋଜରରେ ଜଗତ ନାରାୟଣଙ୍କ ଘରକୁ ଭଙ୍ଗା ଯାଇଥିଲା। ସରକାରୀ ଉପକ୍ରମଙ୍କ ଘରୋଇକରଣକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳଙ୍କ ୧୨୦ ଜଣ ସାଂସଦ ରବିବାର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ସାର୍ବଜନିକ ଉପକ୍ରମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଇସ୍ପାତ ନିଗମ ଲିମିଟେଡ (ଆରଆଇଏନଏଲ)ର ଘରୋଇକରଣରୁ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ରହିବାକୁ ସାଂସଦମାନେ ନିବେଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବଡ ଘୋଷଣା । ଏବେ ମଦ ବିକ୍ରି କରୁଥିବା ବେସରକାରୀ ଦୋକାନୀ ଶସ୍ତାରେ ମଦ ବିକି ପାରିବେ । ଏମଆରପି ଉପରେ ଦୋକାନୀ ଏବେ ୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଯାଏଁ ରିହାତି ଦେଇପାରିବେ । ନ୍ୟୁଜ ଏଜେନ୍ସି ପିଟିଆଇର ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଏନେଇ ତଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ଆପ୍‌ ହ୍ବାଟ୍ସଆପ୍‌ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୟୁଜର୍ସଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ଆଧାର କରି ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନକୁ ରୋକିବା ଏବଂ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିଜସ୍ୱ ମେକାନିଜମ୍‌ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୧୪.୨୬ ଲକ୍ଷ ଭାରତୀୟ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟକୁ ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କରିଛି । ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ। ଆମ୍‌ ଆଦ୍ମୀ ପାର୍ଟି ଦଳ ଏବେ ଗୁଜୁରାଟ ସମେତ ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ନିଜର ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଲାଗିପଡ଼ିଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଦଳ ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ, ଗୁଜରାଟ, ହରିୟାଣା ଓ ଜାମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀର ଭଳି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ରହିଛି। ଜଣେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଭୂମିକା ନିଆରା। ସେ ୧୫ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଭାରତୀୟ ବାଳକ ତେଜସ ରବିଶଙ୍କର। ସିକୁୟା କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ୍‌ ମାର୍କେଟ କମ୍ପାନିର ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ରବି ଶଙ୍କରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ତେଜସ। ୧୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ତେଜସ ଜଣେ ସଫ୍ଟୱେୟାର ଡେଭ୍‌ଲପର୍‌। ୟୁକ୍ରେନୀୟ ଶରଣାର୍ଥୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ଏକ ଆପ୍‌ ତିଆରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ୨ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ସେ ତିଆରି କରିଛନ୍ତି ଆପ୍। ଆୟ ବହିର୍ଭୂତ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଗିରଫ ହେଲେ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ବଜାର କମିଟି ସମ୍ପାଦକ। ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ ସର୍ଗିପାଲି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ବଜାର କମିଟି ନିରୀକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କଲା ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ।ବନମାଳୀ ନାଏକଙ୍କ ପାଖରୁ ୨କୋଟି ୭୧ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଜବତ ସହ ବହୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଜବତ କରିଛି ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ। ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ରୁଷିଆର କଂପାନୀ ’ସ୍ପୁଟନିକ’ ନାଜାଲ ଭ୍ୟାକସିନ ବାହାର କରିଛି। ରୁଷିଆ ତରଫରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ବିଶ୍ବର ଏହା ହେଉଛି ପ୍ରଥମ ନାଜାଲ ଟିକା। ସ୍ପୁଟନିକ ଭ୍ୟାକସିନର ଏହା ହେଉଛି ନୂଆ ରୂପ। କଶ୍ମୀର ଫାଇଲ୍ସ ଫିଲ୍ମରେ କଶ୍ମୀରର ସ୍ଥିତି ବାବଦରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି, ଏହି ଭଳି ଭାବରେ ରାମ ମନ୍ଦିରର ୫୦୦ ବର୍ଷର ସଂଘର୍ଷ ଉପରେ ଫିଲ୍ମ ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବା ଦରକାର। ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ଲୋକ ଜାଣିବେ ଯେ ଆମର ପୂର୍ବଜ ମାନେ ରାମ ମନ୍ଦିର ପାଇଁ କ’ଣ ଯୋଗଦାନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।	531	Y
