2182	26-07-2022	Odia	ଦେଶର ପଞ୍ଚଦଶ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେଲେ ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ । ସଂସଦର ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ ହଲରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଶପଥପାଠ କରାଇଛନ୍ତି ।ତାଙ୍କ ଶପଥଗ୍ରହଣ ସମାବେଶରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ, ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ, ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଅନେକ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଭାରତୀୟ ନାଗରିକ ଇନ୍ଦରମିତ ଗିଲ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ତଥା ବିକଶିତ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଉପାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଲା ବିଶ୍ୱ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ। ଆମେରିକା ଅର୍ଥଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀ କାର୍ମେନ୍‌ ରେନହାର୍ଟଙ୍କ ପରେ ଇନ୍ଦରମିତ ଗିଲ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୨ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧ ତାରିଖରେ ତାଙ୍କ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବ ଓ ସେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ସମ୍ଭାଳିବେ। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ୫୧ଟି ଇସ୍ପାତ କାରଖାନା ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକର ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ୩୩.୧୨ ରହିଥିବା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବ ଆଉ ୧୨ଟି ନୂଆ ଇସ୍ପାତ କାରଖାନା । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ବିଜେଡି ବିଧାୟକ ଧ୍ରୁବଚରଣ ସାହୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନରେ ଖଣି ଓ ଇସ୍ପାତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ମଲ୍ଲିକ ଲିଖିତ ଉତ୍ତର ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୩ଟି ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଯାଜପୁରରେ ରହିଛି ୨ଟି କାରଖାନା । ସେହିପରି ଅନୁଗୋଳ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡା, ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା, ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ଓ ଅନୁଗୋଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଲେଖାଏଁ ଇସ୍ପାତ କାରଖାନା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ଦୁଇ ଜୁଡ଼ିସିଆଲ ଅଫିସରଙ୍କୁ ବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ସୁପାରିଶ କରାଯାଇଛି । ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ କଲେଜିୟମ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନାମ ସୁପାରିଶ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ଗୌରୀ ଶଙ୍କର ଶତପଥୀ ଓ ଚିତ୍ତ ରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାସଙ୍କ ନାଁ ସୁପାରିଶ କରିଛି କଲେଜିୟମ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ୟୁନିଟ୍-୨ରେ ଭଙ୍ଗାଯିବ ୪୧୦ଟି ସରକାରୀ କ୍ବାର୍ଟର । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ବିଧାୟକ ତାରା ପ୍ରସାଦ ବାହୀନିପତିଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତଥା ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଲିଖିତ ଉତ୍ତର ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୯ରୁ ୧୪ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପଦଯାତ୍ରା କରିବ କଂଗ୍ରେସ l ଦେଶ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ବର୍ଷ ପୁରୁଥିବାରୁ ଏଆଇସିସି ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି । ପଦଯାତ୍ରା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସଚେତନ କରିବ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରୁ ମିଳିଲା ସର୍ତ୍ତମୂଳକ ଜାମିନ । ବର୍ଷେ ଯାଏଁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀକୁ ଯାଇ ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ ଜଗଦେବ । ଯଦି ଯିବେ ତାହେଲେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ନେବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ୫ ଜଣଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ କୌଣସି ସମାବେଶ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି କୋର୍ଟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଦେଶର ପଞ୍ଚଦଶ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ ପରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ସମସ୍ତ ଓଡିଶା ଏବଂ ପୂରା ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ଗର୍ବର ବିଷୟ । ପାଟନାର ଶ୍ରୀଜା, ସିବିଏସଇ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ବୋର୍ଡ ରେଜଲ୍ଟରେ ୯୯.୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ମାର୍କ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । କିନ୍ତୁ ଶ୍ରୀଜାଙ୍କ କାହାଣୀ ଏବେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଆଖିରେ ଲୁହ ଆଣୁଛି । ଛୋଟ ବେଳେ ଶ୍ରୀଜା ନିଜ ମାଆଙ୍କୁ ହରାଇଥିଲେ । ଏହାପରେ ତାଙ୍କ ବାପା ମଧ୍ୟ ଛାଡି ପଳାଇଥିଲେ । ପରେ ଅଜା-ଆଈଙ୍କ ଘରେ ରହି ନିଜ ପରିଶ୍ରମରେ ନୂଆ କିର୍ତ୍ତୀମାନ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗୃହରେ ହଙ୍ଗାମା ଯୋଗୁ ୪ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ କଲେ ଲୋକସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଓମ୍ ବିର୍ଲା। ଗୃହ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଓ ବେଆଇନ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ୪ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେଲେ ଏସିଆର ସୁପର ପାୱାର ବୋଲାଉଥିବା ଚୀନ୍ ବିରୋଧରେ କଡ଼ା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦୌଡ଼ରେ ଅନ୍ତିମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ଋଷି ସୁନକ ରବିବାର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶନିବାର ନାଗପୁରଠାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବା ଅବସରରେ ଗଡ଼କରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ବେଳେବେଳେ ସେ ରାଜନୀତି ଛାଡ଼ିଦେବା କଥା ଭାବନ୍ତି। ଜଣେ ୬୫ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଟ୍ରାଫିକ ଇନ୍ସପେକ୍ଟର ତାଙ୍କ ୨୧ ବର୍ଷର ପୁଅକୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରିବା ପରେ ମୃତଦେହକୁ ଖଣ୍ଡଖଣ୍ଡ କରି ସହରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୂର୍ବ ଲଦାଖରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରକୃତ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ରେଖା (ଏଲଏସି) ନିକଟରେ ଚୀନର ଲଢୁଆ ବିମାନ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଉଡ଼ାଣ କରୁଥିବାରୁ ଭାରତର ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢିଯାଇଛି । ଚୀନ ଭାରତକୁ ଉସୁକାଇବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଭାରତ ସଂଯମତା ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କରୁଛି । ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ସ୍କୁଲ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ଓ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପାର୍ଥ ଚାଟାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ଗିରଫଦାରି ସଂପର୍କରେ ମୁହଁ ଖୋଲିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ । ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ସେ ଦୁର୍ନୀତିକୁ ଆଦୌ ପସନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ । ମହାନଦୀ ଜଳ ନେଇ ପଡୋଶୀ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ସହିତ ଓଡିଶାର ଯେଉଁ ବିବାଦ ରହିଛି ତାହା ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲର ବିଚାରାଧୀନ। ତେବେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ବଂଶଧାରା ଜଳ ବିବାଦର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ୨୦୧୦ରେ ବଂଶଧାରା ଜଳବିବାଦ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ ଗଠନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୨୨ରେ ବଂଶଧାରା ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଜଳଶକ୍ତି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିଶ୍ୱେଶ୍ୱର ଟୁଡୁ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ଏକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଉତ୍ତର ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସୋମବାର ଦିନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ପରେ ସଂସଦର ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ୍‌ ହଲ୍‌ରେ ଦେଇଥିବା ଉଦ୍‌ବୋଧନରେ ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସନ୍ଥକବି ଭୀମ ଭୋଇଙ୍କ କବିତାର କାଳଜୟୀ ପଙ୍‌କ୍ତି ‘ମୋ ଜୀବନ ପଛେ ନର୍କେ ପଡ଼ିଥାଉ ଜଗତ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ହେଉ’କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଥିଲେ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ‘୫-ଟି’ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ ଜୁନ୍‍ ମାସରେ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ତୃତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ ପାଇଁ ସ୍କୁଲ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ତୃତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୨୧୫୯ଟି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ ପାଇଁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ଧାରାରେ କୌଣସି ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ୍‌ରେ ଜଣଙ୍କର ପିତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ଉଲ୍ଳେଖ ରହିବା ପ୍ରାବଧାନ ରହିଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଜନ୍ମ ପ୍ରମାଣ ପତ୍ର ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପ୍ରମାଣ ପତ୍ର ଭଳି ସମସ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ୍‌ରେ ଜଣେ କେବଳ ନିଜ ମାଆଙ୍କ ନାମ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିପାରିବେ ବୋଲି କେରଳ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରାୟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି।	516	Y

2184	25-07-2022	Odia	ଦେଶର ବିଦାୟୀ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ପଦ ଛାଡିବାର ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରବିବାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ସମ୍ୱୋଧନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ନିଜ ଅନୁଭବ ଉପରେ ମତ ରଖି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ‘ଅନେକ ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିବା ପରେ ମୋର ଦୃଢ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ହେଲା ଯେ, ଆମର ଲୋକ ହିଁ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ନିର୍ମାତା । ଏପରି ମହାନ ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କ ହାତରେ ଆମ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଅଛି ‘। ସକାଳ ୧୦ଟା ୧୫ ରେ ସାନ୍ତାଳୀ ଶାଢୀ ପିନ୍ଧି ଶପଥ ନେବେ ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ। ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟର ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଏନ୍ ଭି ରମଣା ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀଙ୍କୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ପାଠ କରାଇବେ। ଏହା ପରେ ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନୂଆ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କୁ ୨୧ ତୋପ ସଲାମୀ ଦିଆଯିବ। ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ପରାଜିତ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଯଶଓ୍ଵନ୍ତ ସିହ୍ନା ତୃଣମୂଳ କଂଗ୍ରେସକୁ ଫେରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଏହି ସଂପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଇ ରବିବାର ସିହ୍ନା କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଫଳାଫଲ ଘୋଷଣା ପରେ ମୁଁ ଏହି ବିଷୟରେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରିଥିଲି। କୌଣସି ପାର୍ଟିରେ ଯୋଗ ନଦେବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି। କୌଣସି ପାର୍ଟିରେ ଯୋଗ ନଦେଇ ବି ସେ ଜନତାଙ୍କ ସହ ରହିବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହ ନିଜ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଗଠିତ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ମଞ୍ଚରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ରହିବାର ସଙ୍କେତ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସିହ୍ନା। ଭାରତ-ଆମେରିକାରେ ନିଶା କାରବାର ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଏବଂ ଆଇନ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ସହଯୋଗ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସଂଶୋଧିତ ପତ୍ର ବୁଝାମଣା ଉପରେ ହସ୍ତାକ୍ଷର ହୋଇଛି। ଆମେରିକା ବିଦେଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ ଜୁଲାଇ ୭-୮ରେ ନୂଆ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଭାରତ-ଆମେରିକା କାଉଣ୍ଟର-ନାର୍କୋଟିକ୍ସ ୱାର୍କିଂ ଗ୍ରୁପର ତୃତୀୟ ବୈଠକରେ ଏହି ଦସ୍ତଖସ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶର ୩ ସେନାଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସମନ୍ୱୟ ଲାଗି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏକ ମିଳିତ ଥିଏଟର କମାଣ୍ଡ ସ୍ଥାପନା କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂହ ରବିବାର ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଜରୁରୀ ଔଷଧ ଗୁଡିକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସୂଚୀ (ଏନଏଲଇଏମ), ୨୦୧୫କୁ ସଂଶୋଧିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କାମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସେହି ଔଷଧ ଗୁଡିକୁ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ ଯାହା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ବ୍ୟବହାରରେ ରହିଛି । ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଚିବ ତଋଣ ବଜାଜ ପ୍ୟାକେଟ୍ ବନ୍ଦ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଓ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଉପରେ ସେବା ଓ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ କର (ଜିଏସଟି) ନେଇ ମୁହଁ ଖୋଲିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ୟାକେଟ ବନ୍ଦ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଉପରେ ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୮ରୁ ଜିଏସଟି ଲାଗୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କର ନୁହେଁ ବରଂ ଜିଏସଟି କାଉନସିଲଙ୍କର ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ୧୯୬୨ ଚୀନ୍‌ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଥା ମଧ୍ୟ ମନେ ପକାଇଥିଲେ। ଏଥିଲାଗି ଅନେକ ଲୋକେ ତତ୍କାଳୀନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜବାହାରଲାଲ ନେହେରୁଙ୍କ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରନ୍ତି ବୋଲି କହିଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ମୁଁ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିବାକୁ ଚାହେଁନା ବୋଲି ରାଜନାଥ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତାମିଲନାଡୁର ସରକାରୀ କଲେଜ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଏମ୍‌ବିବିଏସ୍ ଆସନ (୩୮ କଲେଜ୍‌ରେ ୫,୨୨୫ ଆସନ) ରହିଛି। ତା ପଛକୁ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୯ କଲେଜ୍‌ରେ ୪,୮୨୬, ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ୩୫ରେ ୪,୩୦୩, ଗୁଜରାଟ ୧୮ରେ ୩୭୦୦, ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ୨୦ରେ ୨୩୩୫ ଥିବା ଛୋଟ ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଥିବା ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ୍‌ରେ ଅଳ୍ପ ସଂଖ୍ୟାକ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ ରହିଛି। ଆଧାର ଓ ଭୋଟର ପରିଚୟପତ୍ରକୁ ଲିଙ୍କ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଆଇନକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରଣଦୀପ ସିଂହ ସୂର୍ଯେୱାଲା ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟର ଦ୍ବାରସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୂର୍ଯେୱାଲା କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ଆଇନ ହେଉଛି ଅସାମ୍ବିଧାନିକ ଏବଂ ଏହା ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଗୋପନୀୟତା ଓ ସମାନତାର ଅଧିକାରକୁ କ୍ଷୁଣ୍ଣ କରୁଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଚିଠା ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବିଲ୍ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସୌର, ପବନ ଓ ଜଳ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରୁ ସେହି ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଶକ୍ତି କିଣିବାକୁ ହେବ। ସଂସଦର ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଏହି ବିଲ୍‌କୁ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ। ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ଲାଗି ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଭାବେ ନିର୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ପରିମାଣର ଅକ୍ଷୟ ଶକ୍ତି କିଣିବା ଲାଗି କୁହାଯିବ। ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ହୋଇଛି ସର୍ବାଧିକ ବାଘ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ। ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୫ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨୦୨୨ରେ ଦେଶରେ ମୋଟ ୭୪ଟି ବାଘଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେବଳ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୨୭ଟି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜାତୀୟ ବ୍ୟାଘ୍ର ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ (ଏନ୍‌ଟିସିଏ)ର ୱେବ୍‌ସାଇଟ୍‌ରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଜାଲିଆତି ଘଟଣାରେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଥିବା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପାର୍ଥ ଚାଟାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗୀ ଅର୍ପିତା ମୁଖାର୍ଜୀ ଆଉ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ଇଡି ହାଜତରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଶନିବାର ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅର୍ପିତାଙ୍କୁ ରବିବାର ଅଦାଲତରେ ହାଜର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ମାତ୍ର ଅଦାଲତ ତାଙ୍କ ରାୟ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ରଖିଥିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଇଡି ହାଜତରେ ରହିବାକୁ ହୋଇଛି। ହାଥରସର ସାଦାବାଦ ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଡମ୍ଫର ଧକ୍କା‌ରେ ୬ଜଣ କାଉଡିଆଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟଣାରେ ସରକାର କଡ଼ା ପଦ‌କ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ହାଥରସର ଏସପି ବିକାଶ କୁମାର ବିଦ୍ୟାଙ୍କୁ ବଦଳି କରାଯାଇଛି । ହାଥରସରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମିର୍ଜାପୁରକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେଲା ପ୍ରଥମ ମଙ୍କିପକ୍ସ ମାମଲା । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଜଣେ ମଙ୍କିପକ୍ସ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ନେଇ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ମୌଲାନା ଆଜାଦ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଛି । ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ଗୌରବ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି ଜାଭଲିନ୍ ଥ୍ରୋ’ର ନୀରଜ ଚୋପ୍ରା । ବିଶ୍ୱ ଆଥ୍‌ଲେଟିକ୍‌ ଚାମ୍ପିଅନସିପରେ ନୀରଜ ଚୋପ୍ରା ରୌପ୍ୟ ଜିତି‌ଛନ୍ତି । ଜାଭଲିନ୍ ଥ୍ରୋ’ରେ ୮୮.୧୩ ମି. ଜାଭଲିନ୍ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ସେ ରୌପ୍ୟ ହାସଲ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଇତିହାସ ରଚିଛନ୍ତି । ବିଶ୍ବ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମଙ୍କିପକ୍ସକୁ ‘ପବ୍ଲିକ ହେଲ୍‌ଥ ଇମରଜେନ୍ସି’ (ଜନସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଜରୁରୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି) ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ଭାରତର କେରଳରେ ତିନିଟି ମଙ୍କିପକ୍ସ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୭୫ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦେଶକୁ ଏହା ବ୍ୟାପୀ ସାରିଛି ଓ ୧୬ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିଲା ବେଳେ ୫ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ତୃଣମୂଳ ପ୍ରଶାସନକୁ ୨୯ରୁ ୨୧ଟି କ୍ଷମତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଖୋଦ୍‍ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗିରିରାଜ ସିଂହ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଓଲିଉଡର ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ନାୟକ ବାବୁସାନଙ୍କ ଘରୋଇ କଳି ରାଜରାସ୍ତାକୁ ଆସିବା ପରେ ଏନେଇ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ତଥା ବାବୁସାନଙ୍କ ମାଆ ଅପରାଜିତା ମହାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ବାବୁସାନ ଅବାଟକୁ ଚାଲିଯାଇଛି। କୋଭିଡ୍ ସମୟରେ ଖରାପ ସଙ୍ଗତରେ ପଡ଼ି ବାବୁସାନର ସର୍ବନାଶ ହୋଇଛି। ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିବା ପରେ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । କହିଲେ ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟି ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଇଲି । ଓଡିଆ ଝିଅ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖୁସି ଅଛି । ଆମେ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଗର୍ବିତ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ସାଂସଦମାନେ ଭେଟି ଖୁସିଥିବା କଥା କହିଛନ୍ତି ।	527	Y

2190	22-07-2022	Odia	ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମହିଳା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୫ ତାରିଖ‌ରେ ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥ ନେବେ। ୬୪ ବର୍ଷୀୟା ମୁର୍ମୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରେ ସବୁଠୁ ସର୍ବକନିଷ୍ଠ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି । ପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟର ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଦରଦାମ୍ ଓ ଜିଏସ୍‌ଟି ବୃଦ୍ଧି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି କରି ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏମିତି ହଙ୍ଗାମା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ବାଚସ୍ପତି ସଂସଦକୁ ମୁଲତବି ରଖିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି। ବମ୍ବେ ଷ୍ଟକ ଏକ୍ସଚେଞ୍ଜ୍‌ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧିର ଧାରା ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ଗୁରୁବାର ମଧ୍ୟ ସେନ୍‌ସେକ୍ସ ୨୮୪ ପଏଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ ୫୫,୬୮୧ ପଏଣ୍ଟ୍‌ରେ ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଛି। ଗତ ପାଞ୍ଚଟି କାରବାର ଦିନରେ ସେନ୍‌ସେକ୍ସରେ ୨,୨୬୫ ପଏଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟିଛି। ଭାରତ-ଭୁଟାନ ଓ ଚୀନର ତ୍ରିକୋଣୀୟ ସୀମା ନିକଟରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ବିବାଦୀୟ ଡୋକଲାମ୍ ଉପତ୍ୟାକା ନିକଟରେ ଚୀନର ଗ୍ରାମ ନିର୍ମାଣ ସଂପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ରଖିଛି ଭାରତ । ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟର ମୁଖପାତ୍ର ଅରିନ୍ଦମ ବାଗଚି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଏହା ଉପରେ ଭାରତ ନଜର ରଖିଛି । ବ୍ରିଟେନର ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ସଚିବ ବେନ ଓ୍ବାଲେସ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନକୁ ଆଉ କିଛି ଆର୍ଟିଲାରୀ ଗନ ଓ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୬୦୦ ଟ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ବିଧ୍ବଂସକାରୀ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବ ‘ମାଇକ୍ରୋସଫ୍ଟ୍‌’ର ସହ-ସଂସ୍ଥାପକ ବିଲ୍‌ ଗେଟ୍‌ସ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ଟପି ଆଜି ‘ଅଦାନୀ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌’ର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଗୌତମ ଅଦାନୀ ବିଶ୍ବର ୪ର୍ଥ ଶ୍ରେ‌ଷ୍ଠ ବିତ୍ତଶାଳୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ‘ଦି ଫୋବ୍‌ସ୍‌’ ପତ୍ରିକାର ‘ରିୟଲ୍‌-ଟାଇମ୍‌ ବିଲିୟନାରିଜ୍‌’ ତାଲିକା ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛି। ନିତି ଆୟୋଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଭାରତ ଉଦ୍ଭାବନ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କର ୩ୟ ସଂସ୍କରଣ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଏହି ତାଲିକାର ନିଜ ନିଜ ବର୍ଗରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ, ମଣିପୁର ଓ ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡ଼ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ବୃହତ୍ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବର୍ଗରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିବାବେଳେ ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନା, ହରିୟାଣା ଓ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଯଥାକ୍ରମେ ୨ୟ, ୩ୟ ଓ ୪ର୍ଥ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ମାତ୍ର ଏହି ତାଲିକାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ୧୬ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛି, ଯାହାକି ତାଲିକାରେ ତଳଆଡ଼ୁ ୨ୟ । ଓଡ଼ିଶା ତଳକୁ କେବଳ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ରହିଛି । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ କ୍ରସ୍‌ ଭୋଟ୍‌ କରିଛନ୍ତି ୧୭ ସାଂସଦ, ୧୦୪ ବିଧାୟକ । ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ହେବ ‘ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଫୁଡ୍‌ପ୍ରୋ’: ଏମ୍ଏସ୍‌ଏମ୍ଇ ବିଭାଗ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବ । ଏମ୍ସ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ ଡାକ୍ଟର ଆଶୁତୋଷ ବିଶ୍ବାସ। ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ରେ ଭାରତ ବିରୋଧରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ୭୪୭ ୱେବସାଇଟ୍, ୯୪ ୟୁଟ୍ୟୁବ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି: କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅନୁରାଗ ଠାକୁର । ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରାୟ, ଅବିବାହିତ ମହିଳାଙ୍କର ବି ଅଛି ଗର୍ଭପାତ ଅଧିକାର। ଗଛ ଗୋଟିଏ, ଆମ୍ବ ୩୦୦ ପ୍ରକାର । ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହେଲେ ବି ସତ । ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ମାଲିହାବାଦରେ ଏହି ବିରଳ ଆମ୍ବ ଗଛଟି ଲେଖିଛି ବିରଳ ରେକର୍ଡ । କିନ୍ତୁ ଅଧିକ ବିସ୍ମୟ ଏହି ଗଛର ସ୍ରଷ୍ଟା । ସେ ଭାରତର ମ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗୋ ମ୍ୟାନ୍ କଲିମଉଲ୍ଲା ଖାନ୍ । ଦେଶର ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଶିଳ୍ପପତି ଗୌତମ ଆଦାନୀ ଏବେ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଯୋଜନା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ଆଦାନୀ ସମୂହ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ଗୁଜୁରାଟର ମୁନ୍ଦ୍ରାରେ ବସାଇବା ନେଇ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୧୪ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଋଣ ପାଇଁ ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟେଟ୍‌ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ୍‌କୁ ସଂପର୍କ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସୋନିଆ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ହେରାଲ୍ଡ ସହ ଜଡିତ ମନି ଲଣ୍ଡରିଂ ମାମଲାରେ ଗୁରୁବାର ପ୍ରାୟ 2 ଘଣ୍ଟା ପଚରାଉଚରା କରିଛି ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ । ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟଗତ କାରଣରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଜି ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଥର ପଚରାଉଚରା କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ । ତେବେ ମିଳିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୫ରେ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପଚରାଉଚରା କରାଯାଇ ପାରେ । କେରଳରେ ମେଡିକାଲ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା (ଏନଇଇଟି)ରେ ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତଃବସ୍ତ୍ର ଉତାରିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ପୋଲିସ ୨ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ଉଭୟ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଏଗଜାମିନେସନ ଇନଚାର୍ଜ ଥିଲେ। ସେମାନେ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଲାଗି ଆଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଓଡିଆ ସିନେମା ‘ବୋଉର ହାତବାକ୍ସ’ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ରର ଅଡିଓ ରିଲିଜ୍ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଛି । ଚାଇରୋସନା ଫିଲ୍ମ ପ୍ରଯୋଜିତ ଓ ସଂଜୟ ଦାସ ନିବେଦିତ ‘ବୋଉର ହାତବାକ୍ସ’ରେ ମନଛୁଆଁ ଗୀତ ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି ଦେବଦାସ ଛୋଟରାୟ ଓ ମାନଗୋବିନ୍ଦ ବାରିକ । ଜୀବନ ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ହାରିଗଲେ କ୍ୟାନସର ପୀଡ଼ିତ ଟେଲି ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ରାଜେଶ୍ୱରୀ ରାୟ । ବୁଧବାର ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ଖବର ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କ ଓ ଫୁସ୍‌ଫୁସ୍‌ କ୍ୟାନସରରେ ପୀଡିତ ଥିଲେ ରାଜେଶ୍ୱରୀ । ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ରାଜେଶ୍ୱରୀଙ୍କୁ ୩୭ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଭାରତର ଷ୍ଟାର ଆଥଲେଟ୍ ନୀରଜ ନିଜ ପ୍ରଥମ ପ୍ରୟାସରେ ୮୮.୩୯ ମିଟର ଦୂରକୁ ବର୍ଚ୍ଛା ଫିଙ୍ଗିଥିଲେ । ଏହାସହ ସେ ପୁରୁଷ ଇଭେଣ୍ଟ ଫାଇନାଲରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପକ୍କା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ମୁକାବିଲାରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦେଶର ୩୪ ଖେଳାଳି ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।	591	Y
