2200	17-07-2022	Odia	ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଓ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମହାନଦୀ ଜଳ ବିବାଦ ମାମଲାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଗଠିତ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ ଆଜି ୨୮ତମ ଶୁଣାଣି କରିଥିଲେ। ଅପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ (ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ୍‌) ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏହାର ଶୁଣାଣି ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ ମାମଲାର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଶୁଣାଣି ପାଇଁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୭ ତାରିଖକୁ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶୁଣାଣି ହେବ ବୋଲି ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ ଆଜି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଥିଲେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଇନ୍‌ଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁସନାଲ୍‌ ରାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ ଫ୍ରେମୱାର୍କ (ଏନ୍‌ଆଇଆର୍‌ଏଫ୍‌)-୨୦୨୨ରେ ଦେଶରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ କଲେଜ ବର୍ଗରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ୨୦୧୭ ରୁ ମିରାଣ୍ଡା ହାଉସ୍‌ କଲେଜ ଏନ୍‌ଆଇଆର୍‌ଏଫ୍‌ ରୢାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗରେ ଶୀର୍ଷ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଆସୁଛି। ଏହି ସଫଳତା ପଛରେ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ତଥା ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଝିଅ ପ୍ରଫେସର ବିଜୟଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀ ନନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ବିଶେ‌ଷ ଅବଦାନ ରହିଛି। ଗତମାସ ଚଣ୍ଡୀଗଡ଼ରେ ଜିଏସଟି ପରିଷଦରେ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୮ ତାରିଖ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ସୋମବାରଠାରୁ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯିବ। ବୈଠକରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବାଧିବା ଭଳି ଅନେକ ନିତ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବହାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଉପରେ ଜିଏସଟି ବଢ଼ାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଫଳରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଖାଉଟିଙ୍କୁ ଦରବୃଦ୍ଧିର ଝଟ୍‌କା ଲାଗିବ। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଜଗଦୀପ ଧନଖଡ଼ଙ୍କୁ ବିଜେପି ଆଜି ଉପରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ‌ବିଜେପିର ସଂସଦୀୟ ବୋର୍ଡ ବୈଠକରେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଭାବେ ତରବରିଆ ଗିରଫଦାରୀ ହେଉଥିବା ଏବଂ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଜାମିନ ମିଳିବାରେ ବିଳମ୍ବ ହେଉଥିବା ନେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଏନ୍‌ଭି ରମଣା ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବାଂଲାଦେଶରେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ସଂଖ୍ୟାଲଘୁ ହିନ୍ଦୁମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇଛି । ନାରେଲ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଲୋହାରଗା ଅଂଚଳରେ କିଛି ଉତ୍ୟକ୍ତ ଜନତା ହିନ୍ଦୁମାନଙ୍କ ଘର ଓ ଦୋକାନ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ଭଙ୍ଗାରୁଜା ଓ ଜଳାପୋଡ଼ା କରିଛନ୍ତି । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ନବଜୋତ ସିଂ ସିଦ୍ଧୁ ଏବଂ ପଞ୍ଜାବର ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ କଣ୍ଠଶିଳ୍ପୀ ଦଲେର ମେହନ୍ଦୀ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପଟିଆଲାର ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ ଜେଲରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ସମାନ ବ୍ୟାରେକରେ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ସିଦ୍ଧୁଙ୍କ ବର୍ଷେ ଜେଲଦଣ୍ଡ ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଦଲେରଙ୍କୁ ୨ବର୍ଷ ଜେଲଦଣ୍ଡ ମିଳିଛି ପଡୋଶୀ ଦେଶ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପରଠାରୁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଖରାପ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସଙ୍କଟ ଦେଇ ଗତି କରୁଛି। ସରକାରୀ ଟ୍ରେଜେରୀ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଖାଲି ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ସହ ତେଲ ଏବଂ ଔଷଧ ଭଳି ଜରୁରୀ ଜିନିଷ କିଣିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ଅର୍ଥ ନାହିଁ। ଦେଶରେ ଏବେ 'ମାଗଣା ରେବଡି' (ବିଶେଷକରି ଉତ୍ତର ଭାରତରେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ଏକ ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ମିଠା) ବଣ୍ଟନ କରି ଭୋଟ୍ ସଂଗ୍ରହର ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଦେଶର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିପଜ୍ଜନକ ହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଶନିବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ରୁଷ ନିଜର ମିତ୍ର ଦେଶ ଇରାନଠାରୁ ଶତାଧିକ ଲଢୁଆ ଡ୍ରୋନ କିଣିପାରେ ବୋଲି ଆମେରିକା କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଦି ଓ୍ବାସିଂଟନ ପୋଷ୍ଟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରୁଷର ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମଣ୍ଡଳ ନିକଟରେ ଇରାନ ଗସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ । ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ଏକନାଥ ସିନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱାଧୀନ ସରକାର ଶନିବାର ଦିନ ଔରଙ୍ଗାବାଦ ଏବଂ ଓସମାନାବାଦ ସହରକୁ ଯଥାକ୍ରମେ ଛତ୍ରପତି ସମ୍ଭାଜୀନଗର ଏବଂ ଧାରାଶିବ ନାମରେ ନାମିତ କରିବାକୁ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଚୀନ ସାଗରରେ ଥିବା ବିବାଦୀୟ ସ୍ପ୍ରାଟଲି ଦ୍ବୀପ ନିକଟରେ ଆମେରିକା ନୌସେନାର ଯୁଦ୍ଧଜାହାଜ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ପରେ ଚୀନ ତାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଆପତ୍ତି ଉଠାଇଛି । ପିଆଜ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ରେକର୍ଡ ପରିମାଣର (୨୫୦,୦୦୦ ଟନ୍‌) ପିଆଜ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବିହାରରେ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଏକ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ବିବାହ କଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନୁମତି ନେବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ। ସାଉଦି ଆରବ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ତୈଳ ଉତ୍ପାଦନକାରୀ ଦେଶର ସୂଚୀରେ ରହିଛି । କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହାରି ଭିତରେ ସେ ରୁଷଠାରୁ ତେଲ ଆମଦାନୀକୁ ଦୁଇ ଗୁଣା କରିଛି । ଦେଶର ରାଜନୈତିକ ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ନେଇ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିଚାରପତି ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନେକ ସମୟରେ ଚିନ୍ତା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶନିବାର ମଧ୍ୟ ରାଜନୈତିକ ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିଚାରପତି ଏନ୍‌.ଭି ରମଣା। ରାଜନୈତିକ ବିରୋଧ ଶତ୍ରୁତାରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବା ସୁସ୍ଥ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ରର ସଂକେତ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି ରମଣା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଋଣ ସଂକଟ, ମୁଦ୍ରାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ହ୍ରାସ, ବୈଦେଶିକ ମୁଦ୍ରାଭଣ୍ଡାର ଶୂନ୍ୟ ହୋଇଯିବା ଆଦି ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଏବେ ଅନେକ ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶରେ ଦେଖାଯାଉଛି। ଏଥିରେ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା, ଲେବାନନ, ଋଷିଆ, ସୁରିନାମ ଓ ଜାମ୍ବିଆ ଆଦି ଦେଶମାନେ ଏହି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଫଶି ସାରିଥିବା ବେଲେ ବେଲାଋଷ ଦେବାଳିଆର ଦ୍ୱାରଦେଶରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଯାଇଛି। ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଜଲାଉଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର କାଇଥେରୀଠାରେ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‍ ୱେକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଦ୍‍ଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ୨୦୨୦ ମସିହା ଫେବୃୟାରୀ ୨୯ ତାରିଖରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବୁନ୍ଦେଲଖଣ୍ଡ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ୍‍ ୱେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଭାରତ ଓ ଚୀନ୍‍ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିମାନ ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯିବା ଓ ପ୍ରଥମ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍‍ର ଭାରତୀୟ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଚୀନ୍‍ ଅଣାଯିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଭୟ ଦେଶର ଉଚ୍ଚ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାର୍ତ୍ତାଳାପ ଜାରି ରହିଛି । ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୦ ହଜାର ଭାରତୀୟ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରୁଥିବା ଚୀନ୍‍ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଫେରିବାକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରି ରହିଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଚୀନ୍‍ କହିଛି । ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୪ ଗୁରୁବାର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍‌ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ ବନ୍ଦର ହାଇଫା ପୋର୍ଟର ଟେଣ୍ଡର ଜିତିଥିଲା ଆଦାନୀ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍।	532	Y
