2203	16-07-2022	Odia	ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁସନାଲ ରୟଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ ଫ୍ରେମୱାର୍କ (NIRF) ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଓଡିଶାର ଚାରୋଟି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଦେଶର ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ 100 ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶୀର୍ଷ ତାଲିକାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଥିବା ଶିକ୍ଷା 'ଓ' ଅନୁ ସନ୍ଧାନ (SOA) 30 ତମ ସ୍ଥାନ, କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଆଲ୍ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି (KIIT) 34 ତମ, ରାଉରକେଲା ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି (ଏନଆଇଟି) 39 ତମ ରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ତାଲିକାରେ SOA 16 ତମ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିଛି, ତା’ପରେ KIIT 20 ତମ ରେ ଏବଂ ଉତ୍କଳ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ 88 ତମ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁସନାଲ ର୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ ଫ୍ରେମୱାର୍କ (NIRF) ରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି \| ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ଏକ ପଲିଥିନ ବ୍ୟାଗରେ ନିଜ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର କଟା ମୁଣ୍ଡ ନେଇ 12 କିଲୋମିଟର ପୋଲିସ ଷ୍ଟେସନକୁ ଚାଲି ଯାଇଥିଲା। ସଂସଦ ଗୃହ ପରିସରରେ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ, ଧର୍ମ କିମ୍ବା ଧାର୍ମିକ ସମାରୋହ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ସଚିବାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ସର୍କୁଲାରରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଓଡିଶାରେ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ 1,043 କୋଭିଡ -19 ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି , ଯାହା ପାଞ୍ଚ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଦିନିକିଆରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ଏନଫୋର୍ସମେଣ୍ଟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ କହିଛି ଯେ ଅର୍ଥ ହେରଫେର ଘଟଣାର ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଭାବରେ ପଙ୍କଜ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ 11.88 କୋଟି ରଖାଯାଇଥିବା ଜବତ କରିଛି। ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଦାଖଲ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏଜେଣ୍ଡା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଜୁଲାଇ 18 ରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ 13 ଅଧିବେଶନରେ 29 ଟି ବିଲ୍ ପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ 1940 ମସିହାରେ ସେଠାରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଏୟାରଷ୍ଟ୍ରିପକୁ ପୁନର୍ଜୀବିତ କରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେବାକୁ ମନା କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ନବନିର୍ବାଚିତ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ସଦସ୍ୟ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀକାନ୍ତ ବାଜପେୟୀଙ୍କୁ ବଡ଼ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛି ବିଜେପି । ତାଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ଶାସକ ଦଳ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସଚେତକ (ଚିଫ୍ ହ୍ୱିପ୍) କରାଯାଇଛି । ସଂସଦୀୟ ବ୍ୟାପାର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରହ୍ଲାଦ ଜୋଶୀ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ଜାତୀୟ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି (ଆଇଆଇଟି) ମାଡ୍ରାସ କ୍ରମାଗତ ଚତୁର୍ଥ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୀର୍ଷ ସ୍ଥାନ ବଜାୟ ରଖିଛି। ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପେମା ଖାନଡୁ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ଆସାମ ପ୍ରତିପକ୍ଷ ହିମନ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସରମା ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ଦୁଇ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ସୀମା ବିବାଦକୁ ଦୂର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେମାନେ ବିବାଦୀୟ ଗ୍ରାମ ସଂଖ୍ୟାକୁ 123 ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ 86 ରେ ସୀମିତ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକମତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକରେ ଶାସକ ବିଜେପି ଚାପରେ ଆସିଛି କାରଣ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ପୋଲିସ୍ ସବସିପେକ୍ଟର (ପିଏସଆଇ) ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସ୍କାମ ଏକ ହତ୍ୟା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଘୃଣ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ ସହ ସମାନ କରିଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କୃଷି ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ପାଣ୍ଠି (AIF) ଅଧୀନରେ 23,000 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବିନିଯୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛି ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କୃଷି ଓ କୃଷକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସିଂ ଟୋମର ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି। ସଂସଦର ମନୋନୀତ ସଦସ୍ୟ ତଥା ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଧାନସଭା ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ଜୁଲାଇ 18 ରେ ଭାରତର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଚୟନ କରିବାକୁ ଭୋଟ୍ ଦେବାବେଳେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରଙ୍ଗର ବାଲାଟ ପେପର ପାଇବେ। ସାଂସଦମାନେ ସବୁଜ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ପାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ବିଧାୟକମାନେ ଗୋଲାପୀ ରଙ୍ଗରେ ବାଲାଟ ପେପର ପାଇବେ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଯେତିକି ଲୋକ ବୁଷ୍ଟର ଡୋଜ୍‌ ନେଉଥିଲେ ମାଗଣା ଅଭିଯାନର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ତା’ ଠାରୁ ୧୬ ଗୁଣ ଅଧିକ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଟିକା ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ୧୩.୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ବୁଷ୍ଟର ଡୋଜ। ସାଉଦୀ ଆରବ ମରୁଭୂମିରେ ୫୦୦ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଉପରେ କାମ କରୁଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟକୁ ଇତିହାସର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ଏବଂ ଜଟିଳ କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ବେଲଜିୟମ ଆକାରରେ ବ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ମରୁଭୂମିକୁ ହାଇ-ଟେକ୍ ସିଟି କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି କ୍ରାଉନ ପ୍ରିନ୍ସ ମହମ୍ମଦ ବିନ ସଲମାନ । ଏହାକୁ ନିୟୋମ ନାଁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଜୁବେରକୁ ଜାନିମ ଦେଇ ଜଜ୍ ଲେଖିଥିଲେ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଧର୍ମ ଦୁନିଆର ସବୁଠୁ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ ଏବଂ ସବୁଠୁ ସହିଷ୍ଣୁ ଧର୍ମ ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସହିଷ୍ଣୁ। ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଏତେ ସହିଷ୍ଣୁ ହୋଇଥାନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଦେବୀ ଦେବତାଙ୍କ ନାଁରେ ଗର୍ବ କରି ନିଜ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ନାଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ରଖିଥାନ୍ତି । ଜୁବେର ମାମଲାରେ ଜାମିନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ଜଜ୍ ଲେଖିଥିଲେ ପୋଲିସ ଆଜି ଯାଏଁ ସେହି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜିପାରି ନାହିଁ ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଭାବନା ଜୁବେରର ଟ୍ୱିଟରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲା। ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଏକ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଅନ୍ୟ ସାଧାରଣ ଦିନ ତୁଳନାରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପୂର୍ବରୁ କାମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ। ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠର ସଦସ୍ୟ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ୟୁୟୁ ଲଲିତ କହିଥିଲେ ଯଦି ଆମର ପିଲାମାନେ ସକାଳ ୯ଟାରୁ ସ୍କୁଲ ଯାଇ ପାରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ବିଚାରପତି ଏବଂ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ସକାଳ ୯ଟାରେ କାହିଁକି କାମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିପାବେ ନାହିଁ। ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାରେ ଦେଶର କାମଚଳା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭାବେ ରାନିଲ୍‌ ବିକ୍ରମ ସିଂଘେ । ପଦ ଓ ଗୋପନୀୟତାର ଶପଥ ପାଠ କରାଇଛନ୍ତି ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍‌ ଜୟନ୍ତ ଜୟସୁରିଆ । ଏବେ ରାଜପେକ୍ଷ ପରିବାର ଉପରେ କଠୋର ହୋଇଛି ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ସେ ପଦ ଛାଡ଼ିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଶ ବାହାରକୁ ଯାଇ ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସେହିପରି ତାଙ୍କ ଭାଇ ପାଇଁ ତଥା ଦେଶର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବାସିଲ ରାଜପକ୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ଛାଡ଼ି ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ଯାଇ ପାରିବେନି। ଆଜି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଦୁଇ ଭ୍ରାତାଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ଛାଡ଼ିବା ଉପରେ ଏପରି ରୋକ ଲଗାଇଛନ୍ତି।	594	Y
2204	15-07-2022	Odia	ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାର କାମଚଳା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାନିଲ ବିକ୍ରମସିଂଘେ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ ପାଇଁ ଗତକାଲି ଯେଉଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ତାହାକୁ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ସେନା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ କରିଛି। ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାର ଲୋକମାନେ ଅଭାବ ଅନଟନରୁ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। କରୋନା କାରଣରୁ ଗତ ଦୁଇବର୍ଷ ଧରି ବନ୍ଦ ରହିଥିବା ରାଜ୍ୟ କୃଷି ଏବଂ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ କୃଷି ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କର ଜାତୀୟ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁଠାରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ ୫ ମାସରେ ଆଜି ସର୍ବାଧିକ କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମାମଲା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି। ୧୪୫ ଦିନ ପରେ ଦେଶରେ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ୨୦,୧୩୯ ନୂଆ ମାମଲା ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହେବା ସହ ଦେଶରେ ମୋଟ ସଂକ୍ରମିତଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୪,୩୬,୮୯,୯୮୯ ରହିଛି। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ମାମଲା ୧,୩୬,୦୭୬ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଗେଟାବାୟା ରାଜପକ୍ଷ ଆଜି ଇସ୍ତପା ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ମିଳିତ ସରକାର ଗଠନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ତ୍ବରାନ୍ବିତ ହେବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି। ଗତ ୪ ଦିନର ଅଶାନ୍ତ ବାତାବରଣ ପରେ ଆଜି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ, ହିଂସା ଓ ଭଙ୍ଗାରୁଜା ବନ୍ଦ ରହିଛି । ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ସହର ବିନିସ୍ତିଆରେ ରୁଷର ମିସାଇଲ ମାଡ଼ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଅତି କମ୍‌ରେ ୨୧ ଜଣ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ୧୨ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଏବେ ବି ନିଖୋଜ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ମୃତକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୩ ଜଣ ଶିଶୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ଲୋକସଭା ସଚିବାଳୟ ଦ୍ବାରା ଜାରି ଏକ ପୁସ୍ତିକାରେ ଅନ୍ୟୂନ ୪୦ଟି ଶବ୍ଦକୁ ଅନପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟାରୀ ଭାବେ ଚିହ୍ନିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯଦି କେହି ସଂସଦୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଧାରାରେ ଏହି ଶବ୍ଦକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରେ ତେବେ ତାହାକୁ ରେକର୍ଡରୁ କାଟିଦିଆଯିବ। ସାଧାରଣଭାବେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଆସେମ୍‌ଡ (ଲଜ୍ଜିତ), ଆବ୍ୟୁଜ୍‌ଡ (ଦୁର୍ବ୍ୟବହାର), ବିଟ୍ରେଡ୍‌ (ପ୍ରତାରିତ), କରପ୍ଟ (ଦୁର୍ନୀତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ, ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ), ଡ୍ରାମା (ନାଟକବାଜି), ହିପୋକ୍ରିସି (କପଟତା) ଏବଂ ଇନ୍‌କମ୍ପିଟେଣ୍ଟ (ଅଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ଅପାରଗ) ପରି ଶବ୍ଦକୁ ଅନ୍‌ପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟାରୀ ବୋଲି ଉକ୍ତ ପୁସ୍ତିକାରେ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଛି। ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୮ରେ ସଂସଦର ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ତା’ର ଅବ୍ୟବହିତ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଲୋକସଭା ସଚିବାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ପୁସ୍ତିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସୁନା ଦାମ୍ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୧୧ ମାସର ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ସ୍ତରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ବଜାରରେ ସୁନାର ଆଉନ୍ସ ପିଛା ଦାମ୍ ୧,୭୧୦ ଡଲାର ଓ ରୁପା ଦାମ୍ ୧୮.୭୬ ଡଲାରକୁ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ଭାରତରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୁନାର ୧୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ପିଛା ଦାମ୍ ୫୦,୨୮୧ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ରୁପାର କିଲୋ ପିଛା ଦାମ୍ ୫୫,୧୯୪ ଟଙ୍କା ହୋଇଛି। ‘ଜୁମ୍‌ଲାଜୀବି’, ‘ବାଲ୍‌ ବୁଦ୍ଧି’, ‘କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ସ୍ପ୍ରେଡର୍‌’ ଏବଂ ‘ସ୍ନୁପ୍‌ଗେଟ୍‌’ ଆଦି ଅନେକ ଶବ୍ଦକୁ ଅଣସଂସଦୀୟ ଶବ୍ଦ ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ କରି ଲୋକସଭା ସଚିବାଳୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥିବା ନୂତନ ପୁସ୍ତିକାକୁ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳର ନେତାମ‌ାନେ ତୀବ୍ର ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଓମ ବିର୍ଲା ଏକ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟୀକରଣ ଦେଇ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ୧୯୫୯ ପରଠାରୁ ଏହା ଏକ ନିତିଦିନିଆ ଅଭ୍ୟାସ ଭାବେ କରାଯାଉଛି। ହେଲେ ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ନିଜର ମତ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବାକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ ଏବଂ ସଂସଦରେ କୌଣସି ଶବ୍ଦ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧକ ଲଗାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ। ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ୍‌ ଲିଟର୍‌ପିଛା ୫ ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ଡିଜେଲ୍‌ ଲିଟର୍‌ପିଛିା ୩ ଟଙ୍କା ହ୍ରାସ କରିବା ଲାଗି ଆଜି ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍‌ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଜବରଦଖଲ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀକାଳୀନ ରହିତାଦେଶ ଦେବାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ବୁଧବାର ମନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୌଡ଼କୁଦ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାର ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ରିଲାଏନ୍‌ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ (ଆରଆଇଏଲ) ଭାରତୀୟ ଦୌଡ଼କୁଦ ମହାସଂଘ (ଏଏଫ୍‌ଆଇ) ସହ ହାତ ମିଳାଇଛି। ଉଭୟଙ୍କ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ ଦେଶରେ ଦୌଡ଼କୁଦ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାର ବିକାଶ ନେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଗରୁବାର ‘‘ଆଇ-ଟୁ-ୟୁ-ଟୁ’’ ଶିଖର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଆଭାସୀ ମାଧ୍ୟମାର ଅଂଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ଉଦବୋଧନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ର ୧୩ଟି ଜିଲାରେ ୨ ଦିନ ହେଲା ଲଘୁଚାପ ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗିରହିଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୫ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେଠାରେ ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗିରହିବ ବୋଲି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ସତର୍କ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରିିଛି। ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ କଲମାର ୬୬ରୁ ୩୦ଟି ଫାଟକକୁ ବୁଧବାରରୁ ଖୋଲି ଦେଇଛି। ଫଳରେ ହୀରାକୁଦକୁ ଜଳପ୍ରବାହ ମଧ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆଜିଠାରୁ ୧୮ରୁ ୫୯ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କୁ ମାଗଣାରେ ବୁଷ୍ଟର ଡୋଜ୍‌ ଦିଆଯିବ। ଟିକାକରଣକୁ ବ୍ୟାପକ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟରିଂ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଏବଂ ଛାତ୍ରାବାସଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଟିକା ଦିଆଯିବ।୩୦୦୦ ଟିକାକରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲିଠାରୁ ୧୮ରୁ ୫୯ ବର୍ଷର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବୁଷ୍ଟର ମାଗଣାରେ ଦିଆଯିବ। ୭୫ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାଗଣାରେ ଟିକାକରଣ ଚାଲିବ। ଆମେରିକାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଥମ ପତ୍ନୀ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ତିନି ସନ୍ତାନର ମାତା ଇବାନା ଟ୍ରମ୍ପଙ୍କର ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପାଖାପାଖି ୭୩ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଆସନ୍ତା ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୫ରେ ଭାରତର ନୂଆ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୩ରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ସମାରୋହରେ ବିଦାୟକାଳୀନ ସମ୍ୱର୍ଦ୍ଧନା ଦିଆଯିବ। ଭାରତୀୟ ବଂଶୋଦ୍ଭବ ଋଷି ସୁନକ ବ୍ରିଟେନର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେବା ଦୌଡରେ ଆଉ ପାଦେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢିଛନ୍ତି। ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ରାଉଣ୍ଡ ଭୋଟିଂରେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ବାଜି ମାରି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି କଞ୍ଜରଭେଟିଭ୍ ପାର୍ଟିର ସାଂସଦ ସୁନକ। ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦଳରୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୦୧ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କ ଭୋଟ୍ ମିଳିଛି। ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଅନେକ ୟୁଜର୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଟୁଇଟର କିଛି ସମୟପାଇଁ ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଆଉଟେଜ୍‌ ଟ୍ରାକ୍‌ କରୁଥିବା ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ ଡାଉନ୍‌ ଡିଟେକ୍ଟର କହିଛି ଗୁରୁବାର ଟୁଇଟର କିଛି ୟୁଜର୍ସମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କାମ କରୁନାହିଁ। ଏହି ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଥିବା ୟୁଜର୍ସମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ମ୍ୟାସେଜ୍ ଆସିଥିଲା ଛତିଶଗଡର ଭୂପେଶ ବଘେଲ ସରକାର ଗୋ ମୂତ୍ର କିଣିବା ଉପରେ କାମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ପାଇଲଟ୍ ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟର ଆରମ୍ଭ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଉତ୍ତର ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡିକରେ ଆଗାମୀ କିଛି ସପ୍ତାହରେ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏଥିରେ ପଶୁପାଳକଙ୍କୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୋଡା ଯାଇ ପାରିବ।	510	Y

2210	12-07-2022	Odia	ଜାପାନର ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସିଞ୍ଜୋ ଆବେଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ନିଆରା ଉପାୟରେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଜାପାନରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆବେଙ୍କ ଦଳକୁ ଭୋଟ ଦେଇ ବିପୁଳ ବିଜୟ ଆଣି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଜାପାନର ଉଚ୍ଚ ସଦନ ପାଇଁ ଗତ ରବିବାର ଦିନ ଭୋଟ ଗ୍ରହଣ ହୋଇଥିଲା । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ସୋନିଆ ଗାନ୍ଧି ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ (ଇଡି) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସାନି ସମନ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇ ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୧ରେ ଇଡି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ହାଜର ହେବାକୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଉଦ୍ଧେଶ୍ୟରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପଦ ପାଇଁ ନାମାଙ୍କନ ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୮ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ। ଏହା ପରେ ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୦ରେ ଏହି ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ମତଦାନ ହେବ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ନବନିର୍ମିତ ସଂସଦ ଭବନ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତୀକ ଅଶୋକ ସ୍ତମ୍ଭର ଉନ୍ମୋଚନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ନିର୍ମିତ ଏହି ଅଶୋକ ସ୍ତମ୍ଭଟି ୬.୩ ମିଟର ଉଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ତାହାର ଓଜନ ୯୫୦୦ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ରହିଛି । ୧୯୯୩ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ମାମଲାରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଥିବା ଅବୁ ସଲେମ୍‌ଙ୍କ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ଜେଲ୍‌ ଦଣ୍ଡାଦେଶ ପୂରଣ ହେଲେ ପର୍ତ୍ତୁଗାଲ୍‌କୁ ଦେଇଥିବା କଥା ରକ୍ଷା କରି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ଆଜି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌ କ‌ୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମଧ୍ୟଭାଗ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବିଶ୍ବଜନସଂଖ୍ୟା ମଧ୍ୟ ୮ ୦୦ କୋଟିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଯିବ ବୋଲି ଜାତିସଂଘ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଛି। ୨୦୨୩ ବେଳକୁ ଚୀନ୍‌କୁ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ଭାରତ ବିଶ୍ବର ସବୁଠୁ ଜନବହୁଳ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ହୋଇଯାଇପାରେ। ୨୦୨୨ରେ ବିଶ୍ବର ୨ଟି ଜନବହୁଳ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ହେଉଛି ପୂର୍ବ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣପୂର୍ବ ଏସିଆ। ସେ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ୨.୩ ବିଲିୟନ୍‌ ଜନତା ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶର ମୋରେନାର ରାସ୍ତାକଡ଼ରେ ଜଣେ ୮ ବର୍ଷର ବାଳକ ତା’ର ୨ ବର୍ଷର ସାନଭାଇ ଶବକୁ କୋଳରେ ଧରି ବସିରହିଥିଲା। ତେଣେ, ମୃତ ପୁଅର ଶବକୁ ଘରକୁ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବାପା ପୂଜାରାମ ଜାତବ ବ୍ୟାକୁଳ ହୋଇ ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍‌ସ୍‌ ଖୋଜୁଥିଲେ। ଓଡିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଜନନ ହାର ମହିଳା ପିଛା ୧.୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ୧.୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଦେଶରେ ୨.୦ ରହିଛି । ୬.୩୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରିବାରକୁ ନେଇ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଫ୍ୟାମିଲି ହେଲଥ୍ ସର୍ଭେ । ଚଳିତ ମାସ ୨୬ରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ସ୍ପେକ୍‌ଟ୍ରମ୍‌ ନିଲାମ। ଏହି ମହାନିଲାମୀରେ ଏଥର ମୁହାଁମୁହିଁ ହେବେ ଦେଶର ଦୁଇ ବିଗ୍‌ କର୍ପୋରେଟ୍‌ ହାଉସ୍‌ ଅମ୍ବାନୀ ଏବଂ ଆଦାନୀ ଗ୍ରୁପ। ‘ସୁସ୍ଥ ଓଡ଼ିଶା, ସୁଖୀ ଓଡ଼ିଆ’ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ଆଉ ପାଦେ ଆଗେଇବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା। ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପିଢିକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ ଓ ସୁଖି କରିବାର ପ୍ରୟାସରେ ନୂତନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବେ ଶିଶୁ କୈନ୍ଦ୍ରିକ ହେବ। ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ଜେଇଇ ମେନ୍ ରେଜଲ୍ଟ । ନ୍ୟାଶନାଲ୍ ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ ଏଜେନ୍ସି ବା ଏନଟିଏ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି ଜେଇଇ ସେସନ୍-୧ର ପରୀକ୍ଷାଫଳ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି । ଏନଟିଏର ଅଫିସିଆଲ୍ ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ jeemain.nta.nic.inରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଫଳାଫଳ ଦେଖିପାରିବେ । ଭାରତୀୟ ରେଳବାଇ ଇତିହାସରେ ପ୍ରଥମ । ମାତ୍ର ୧୦ ମାସର ଶିଶୁକୁ ରେଳବାଇ ଚାକିରି ! ଏନେଇ ଶିଶୁକୁ ବି ମିଳିଛି ନିଯୁକ୍ତିପତ୍ର । ଛତିଶଗଡରେ ରାୟପୁର ରେଳବାଇ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯିବା ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ବିଷୟ ହୋଇଛି । ସମାନ ପୋଷ୍ଟ-ସମାନ ଦରମାକୁ ନେଇ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଦେଇଥିବା ଏକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଖାରଜ କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କେବଳ ପଦବୀ ଏବଂ କାମ ସମାନ ହେବା ଯୋଗୁଁ କୌଣସି କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଅନ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଭଳି ସମାନ ଦରମା ପାଇବାକୁ ଦାବି କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଇନ୍ଦିରା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ଏବଂ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଜେକେ ମାହେଶ୍ବରୀଙ୍କ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତ ସମେତ ୫ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଜର୍ମାନୀ, ହଙ୍ଗେରୀ, ଚେକୋସ୍ଲୋଭାକିଆ ଏବଂ ନରୱେରୁ କୂଟନୀତିଜ୍ଞମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିନେବାକୁ ଜେଲେଁସ୍କି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଟ୍ୱିଟରରୁ ହଟିବେ ଏଲନ ମସ୍କ । ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୫ରେ ଟ୍ୱିଟରକୁ ୫୪.୨୦ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରରେ କିଣିବାକୁ ଅଫର ହୋଇଥିଲା। ପରେ ବିଶ୍ୱର ସବୁଠୁ ଧନୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଏଲନ ମସ୍କ ଏହାକୁ ୪୪ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରରେ କିଣିବା ନେଇ ଚୁକ୍ତି ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏବେ ଉକ୍ତ ଚୁକ୍ତିରୁ ହଟିଯିବାକୁ ଏଲନ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଦେଶ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପାଳନ ଅବସରରେ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୨ରେ ଭାରତ ଏକାଦଶ ଓ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ବିଶ୍ବ ଏକାଦଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ କ୍ରିକେଟ ମ୍ୟାଚ ଆୟୋଜନ ଲାଗି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଭାରତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ କ‌େ‌ଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ ବୋର୍ଡ (ବିିସିସିଆଇ)କୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରତିଶୋଧ ନେଉଛି ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ । ଗୋଟିଏ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରରେ ସଫା ହୋଇଗଲେ ଋଷ୍‌ର ୧୨ ସୋନା ଅଧିକାରୀ । ଆମେରାକା ଯୋଗାଇଥିବା ରକେଟ୍‌କୁ ମାଡ଼କରି ଋଷ୍‌କୁ କଡ଼ା ଜବାବ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ ସେନା । ଲଞ୍ଚ ସମୟରେ ବଜାଜ ଚେତକ ଦୁଇଟି ଗୋଟେ ଅର୍ବାନ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟଟି ପ୍ରିମିୟମ ଭେରିଏଣ୍ଟରେ ଲଞ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସେତେବେଳେ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଯଥାକ୍ରମେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଓ ୧.୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ଏବେ ଦୁଇ ସ୍କୁଟର ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ୯ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଥିବା ସ୍କୁଟର ଅର୍ବାନ ଭ୍ୟାରିଏଣ୍ଟ ବିକ୍ରିରୁ ବାହାର ହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। କମ୍ପାନୀର ୱେବ୍‌ସାଇଟ୍‌ରେ ଏଭଳି ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ସ୍କୁଲକୁ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିଙ୍କୁ ମନା ।ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କ୍ରମେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିବା ଚିଠିକୁ କଙ୍କଡାହାଡ଼ ବିଇଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି ।	514	Y
